BitsFlowCloud was founded in March 2024 and is registered in the UK.

It initially operated as a VDS (currently in the Los Angeles region), originating from a hobby. We poured all our passion into it and firmly believed it could go further.

As of December 2025, BitsFlowCloud has two large-scale nodes internationally: the United States – Fremont and Germany – Frankfurt, as well as two special nodes: the United States – San Jose and Japan – Tokyo. By 2026, we will expand to more regions and launch more products tailored to different users to meet diverse cloud computing needs.

I took a look at their AUP.  Don’t let it scare you.  By default, they block

• port 22 (SSH) outbound
• port 25 (SMTP) in/out
• port 123 (NTP) in/out

However, I asked about port 22 and port 123, and these can be changed with a ticket.  These are defaults that in place to prevent common scanning and amplification attacks.
