Dzung from GreenCloudVPS.com submitted an exclusive offer to Low End Box for some Linux and Windows KVM Packages hosted in a variety of locations. The Linux KVM special is offered in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Osaka Japan and the Windows packages are available in 27 different locations. Host nodes feature super fast NVMe based storage, and fore that reason we are marking this offer as “NVMe” sub-category for customers seeking the fastest I/O available. GreenCloudVPS has been featured a few times in the past on Low End Box. They are a “Resident Host” because of their positive reputation, long track record and community involvement. The service is available in many US locations including Denver, Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, Buffalo and Atlanta.
Their WHOIS is not public (not needed because they are a registered business) and their ToS/Legal Docs are available for review. They are a registered company in Delaware (company number 6645389). They accept PayPal, Credit Card, Perfect Money, Webmoney, Bitcoin, Alipay, Unionpay, Qiwi and Bank Transfer.
Here’s what they had to say:

With nearly two decades of experience in the IT industry, Jon has spent his career building, growing, and acquiring internet infrastructure companies, with a focus on affordability, transparency, and performance.
Before acquiring LowEndBox and LowEndTalk, Jon was involved in founding and scaling several hosting-related ventures, from bare-metal data center operations to high-volume cloud platforms. His hands-on understanding of both the business and technical sides of infrastructure has shaped his approach to community building and editorial strategy.
Today, Jon’s mission is to modernize and expand the LowEnd ecosystem while staying true to its roots: serving developers, small businesses, and independent providers who value control, value, and community. Under his leadership, LowEndBox is evolving into more than just a deals site, it’s becoming a resource hub, media platform, and discovery engine for DIY hosting enthusiasts and indie cloud providers.
When he’s not working on platform improvements, Jon can be found engaging with users on LowEndTalk (@jbiloh), collaborating with providers, and exploring new ways to support the next generation of internet builders.

I was interested in this offer. Is it possible to operate through an API? Also, can I install a custom ISO?
Hello,
Unfortunately API & custom ISO are not available now. We have CentOS/Ubuntu/Debian isos ready in SolusVM Control Panel in case you need to install from ISO.
Thanks!
I’d stay away from this mob.
A few months in after using this service, I rebuilt my VPS. After pulling down packages whilst rebuilding, the VPS stopped responding.
Their senior technician investigated this and said my VPS IP was blocked by the datacenter, and nothing else. They asked me for $3 for an IP re-assignment
Buyer beware.
Ticket ID #284048 for whoever from GreenCloudVPS is watching.
Hi,
Just wondering if these plans are still available? None of them seem to offer unmetered bandwidth anymore.
Thanks
