Via this WHT offer. I do not understand a single word of Polish but apparently HitMe.net.pl is offering some pretty cheap Xen and OpenVZ VPS plans. For 19 Polish zloty/month (~USD$5.96) you get either

Servers are in Poland. Both comes with 1 IPv4+IPv6 address and /64 IPv6 on request. The latency is too high from where I am (> 350ms) but it might be good for those in Central Europe.

Latency in Poland (I live near Gdańsk) is ok, their servers are in Nephax datacenter in Gdańsk (it’s one of best DCs in .pl). Best if you REALLY care about price and it MUST be in Poland. If it could be anywhere else, >100ms is ok for you – just get something from USA or Sweden.
..if just their support wouldn’t be so slow and need 2 days or so for every ticket reply…
More or less abandoned hosting. It seems like guy log into support ticket system once in a week, randomly reply some ticket and some left open for another week or so.
Cancelled! (but it might take some week or two before guy will actually notice cancellation and process it)

I would be nice to have the website in English too and to have the info on ipv6 on it too.
I tried hitme.net.pl when it was on Lowendbox, and never got further then getting a wrong invoice. No reaction to any ticket/mail/….
For one of my projects it would be nice to have a VPS in Poland, however I do want to know what “you”‘re saying and for that I would at least need a website that I’m able to read and understand.

It’s no one there. I tryed to get in touch to with them to get promised IPv6 address so many times… Then when I finally got reply to my ticket they requested ID to unblock ports for IRC and after they recieved it.. they completely vanished. COMPLETELY!
And after I requested account cancellation because their unavailability there was no one to cancell it and I got plenty invoices months and months later…
My rough guess would be that there’s some special day every third or forth month in year when some guy in Poland open his hitme.pl support ticket interface and answer few of them with basic c/p reply which doesn’t solve anything while those out of luck customers need to wait another four months or so for similar reply.
hitme.pl is big waste of time. Hobbyist host.

There is no longer any problems with ipv6 on openvz.

I must update my previously expressed opinion about hitme.net.pl here.
I didn’t accept his offer above for free month of testing service. Infact I didn’t even responded on this offer above but instead of this I simply ordered their budget/no support budgetvps.pl vps and so far… it seems truth this what he said. After I got vps and reinstalled new OS I had some minor issues with IPv6 and their support guy willingly worked with me in order to solve issue. Support was responsive more or less whole time.
Unlike first time they respond on every ticket in decent time frame now. Even with their budget/unmanaged vps line I didn’t get impression like they don’t care. Service seems really changed. Better. In those two weeks while I am their customer again no reboots or anything. Almost boring – and I like that. I hope that it will stay that way and me as their customer.
Just ordered mentioned plan, of course OpenVZ based (I’d prefer it over Xen). You could try “50free” code to get 50% off first month (it’ll be 9,50 PLN which will be about 3,34 USD). to Admin: can you add their second offer (budgetvps.pl – mentioned by Spirit)?
