Pretty good deal, just don’t make the mistake I did, which was to pay yearly and later find out they have NO REFUND policy — so just be weary.

Fortunately (or unfortunately) for me after some insistence I was refunded 1/3 of the yearly price I paid. Bear in mind, I never actually used their services at all, I cancelled and asked for a refund the same day I ordered (reason: after further research I no longer felt comfortable paying yearly for a relatively new company and the monthly cost was just too high in my case)

As Tourshi already stated, no refund policy? May I ask why there’s such a rule in the T.O.S?

    • We will only honour a refund if it was an issue on our side, for example our nodes fell out of the 99.95% SLA we have on uptime. Tourshi was refunded 2/3 of the amount he paid due to the considerable amount of time of discussing the server he wanted, all for him to ask for a refund. The company has been around for about 5 years, with this being a new brand. We did not find his reasoning suitable for a full refund.
