  2. Yes, it doesn’t load here too. I have one VPS with them, the VPS seems working fine but their main site is down a lof of time and the support seems doesn’t exist.

    • I had an account with Infinitie several years ago. I agree with BudgetVPS, their support was essentially never around.

Actually, They are improving. I bought one on Black Friday sale. Their customer service is always very friendly though they need to process tons of tickets. Most of tickets are replied in half an hour. Just one replied at round 12 hours, but it’s for sales department.

last month i tried for their $1 promo. its good, but i decided not to renew it.
    and this email came,

We’re sorry to tell you that your Infinitie account was suspended because recent account activity has raised serious security concerns.
Our records indicate your account is in violation of our User Agreement.

You can appeal this suspension. If, after reviewing your appeal, we’re confident that the activity that caused this account suspension has been resolved, we’ll be happy to reinstate your account. For information about how to appeal this suspension, please go to:

    http://www.infinitie.net/pages.php?cont=naruhelp

Unfortunately, during the suspension you won’t be able to use Infinitie in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.
Any outstanding fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven’t previously disputed will be charged to the billing method currently on file.

not that i want to use their service again. still, isn’t it common just to try for 1 month and not renew it?
or there’s a need to inform hosting if i want to stop?
