  3. Not sure what happened but I placed an order and it charged me £4.5 I think which came out to $7.55 USD

(PayPal Conversion Rate as of Nov 28, 2013: 1 U.S. Dollar = 0.596432 British Pounds)

I don’t care about the $0.57, just thought I would let you know. And as I typed this, I got my new VPS details, that was quick!

2 GB OpenVZ offer is different than what’s been mentioned here. The billing page says that only 1GB vSWAP is available. Can you clarify if we get 1 GB or 2 GB vswap?
BTW, are there any KVM black friday specials going on?

    November 28, 2013 @ 8:57 pm | Reply
    • 1GB vSwap. Description on order form is correct.

No KVM promos for Black Friday, can be expected sometime December / Christmas time for NL & NYC :)

    • This is most likely because your hostname was in the incorrect format or too short. We’ll review any failed automatic setup orders shortly.

The guy is a self proclaimed megalomaniac. I am an ex-disappointed customer!!

In the past he moved all UK clients to NL after so called DDOS and did not even offered refund to all.

He accuses clients for chargebacks and then himself chargeback his own datacenter after the DDoS.

As soon you use the VPS he terminates your account and then change the TOS.

FULL OF BALONY … KEEP AWAY …

Still around trying to bad mouth without facts?

There’s a reason why we are listed in top 3 in LEB last quarter and still here growing massively a year later.

There were several hosts who were ddosed in UK at the same time and forced customers to US, at least we put some large investment down and stayed within EU.

If I remember correctly Steven had multiple services then chargebacked resulting in account being closed. Go look at website archive, our terms have been the same with minor changes such as recently disallowing cryto currency mining. Our chargeback and refund policy has always been the same :)

    Be careful with this host.

They will suspend your account without warning if the owner thinks you are “abusing”

I hosted a single HTML page that might have gotten a lot of hits in a small amount of time.

    and I got a suspension.

They offer “good deals” no doubt.

But you are never allowed to use anything near the capacity of the offer.

You can see my usage history graphs at http://imgur.com/a/qaCBl

I put up the HTML file for one day.. might ahve gotten afew thousand hits over a few hours.. and i’m banned.

I used 40M of the 1Gbps pipe he promised.. and also onl used 40M of the 2048MB ram promised.

    His explanation is weak..
Due to the fact your VPS was causing packet loss for users on the node.

Suspension was immediate due to the above, we do not know when you are ‘available’ to take action so it could be few hours or even days before action was taken and there were clients having issues because of the packet loss created from your VM. The majority of our clients take priority one and as a result we can not hold further potential risk from you.

The “abuse” only lasted for a while and if I got an email I would have suspended the node immediately.

He didn’t even bother informing anyoone.

this seems quite strange to me as my invoice was generated in US$ ( $15.50USD ) but even if i want to pay it from my USD paypal balance i am required to pay by BY PAYPAL BY gate2shop.com (?!) a Grand Total of £ 10.00 .

i do not want to pay £ , no matter what exchange ratio they are using.
i have agreed to pay USD otherwise why not charge me in monopoly money ar anything else i might choose?!

extremely quick sales response (1 minute to my ticket. that was nice but i still do not understand why this offer is in USD here. Maybe i`m getting childish but it doesn`t seems fair at all to me.

      sales support follows:
“We only accept payments in GBP, your order has been cancelled.

The worst support I had for VPS in my life.

I ordered a KVM VPS (in new york) and I decided to make UnixBenchmark.
I had very bad results and I decided to be refunded but they said: This is not your first order with us so we can’t make you a refund.
But this is my first VPS with them, 3 days before I was shopping for another VPS 3GB Chicago but I did’nt completed the transaction so I did’nt receive any VPS Informations and they don’t understand that so I have a bad VPS for one month and I won’t use it.

So guys, don’t make a mistake and don’t do business with them.

Ohh, now I know why !

This compagny was StormVZ before. One year ago I tryed a VPS 3G Chicago and asked for a refund.
This is not an order for INIZ but StormVZ, they keep the same database.

That’s why Patrick don’t want to refund me.

      Is Patrick wrong?

      • I replied to your ticket, we renamed. The business is still the same under same management and so is still valid.

We only refund on the first order with us which was the Chicago VM.

Patrick is in the right here because StormVZ and Iniz are the same service. StormVZ rebranded to Iniz for trademark reasons but it is still the same service and company you signed up for (and were issued a refund for) last year so the order you placed last year was your first order and you aren’t eligible for a refund on the new order you placed this year.

They changing name so they can cheat your money.

They are thief! Yes, without solid reason and proof on first day of signup they terminated my VPS without refund. They cannot even come up proof when I asked as there is no proof. They just want your money and that’s it!

Anyone want’s to see my conversation please reply me I am happy to give you how crook is this guy pretending to be UK company but actually not.
