Got the 128MB VPS, tried to set my reverse DNS, but got error message: “Reverse DNS is disabled for this ipaddress. Please contact support”.

Tried to submit a support ticket via their web site, but got error message: “Department Not Found. Exiting.”.

Sent an email to their support address 24 hours ago, but have yet to receive anything from them yet (not even an automated reply).

As mentioned by mark here in their July 2015 submission, their control panel is not SSL so credentials are sent clear text.

    • Dav, as I update you via ticket, maybe your IP was blacklisted in server due to multiple login failures. Also you can reset your vps root password through vps control panel.

Although their system seems a little buggy (and happy to quickly block you), their support is pretty fast, and their prices aren’t bad.

Thanks for disclosing my and several other people’s mail addresses. Where did you get the addresses from? I’m no customer of yours.

    Good job!

This is nothing you should appreciate, rather than be concerned about.

Where did you get my email address from?

Why do you disclose people’s mail addresses by sending out spam mails with dozens of people in the To-field?

Been using them for a few months now, I wouldn’t recommend them, plaintext passwords and no SSL…

I had to submit ticket to ask where my order was and only after that was the VPS allocated to me (a couple days) and reinstalls take hours (maybe manual process).
