Voxility is no longer DMCA proof, otherwise terrible low quality DC with crappy speed and occasional network degeneration.

  3. Voxility is DCMA friendly. We have some Customer in Romania and no Problem with the DCMA Notes. Only if a court order is received, the Datacenter MUST take action. (But all Datacenter in the World must take action, if a court order is received)

Offshore is a lie and a marketing term within groups of idiots. Everything connecting to an “offshore DC” I’m sure has some kind of US/UK connection to it.

    “DMCA proof”, yeah right…

Some LEBtard is gonna fire up their torrents and we’ll see DMCA/torrent policy change very quickly

It will never cost “only” €5 as they charge you an extra fee for every payment method you might choose:

Bitcoin- [Setuptime: up to 4 Days] 7.5 % Fee
Paysafecard - [Setuptime: up to 5 Days] 15 % Fee
Bank Wire - [Setuptime: up to 4 Days] 2.5 % Fee
CashU - [Setuptime: up to 4 Days] 3 % Fee
EGOPAY- [Setuptime: up to 4 Days] 3 % Fee
    Paypal [only w.Verification] - [Setuptime: up to 4 Days] 2.5 % Fee

BTW asking for an extra fee it’s not allowed by paypal

4.6 No Surcharges. You agree that you will not impose a surcharge or any other fee for accepting PayPal as a payment method. You may charge a handling fee in connection with the sale of goods or services as long as the handling fee does not operate as a surcharge and is not higher than the handling fee you charge for non-PayPal transactions.

Agreed. Probably seller must pay all fees from seller side, not ask user pay their fees, its incorrect. Pay setup fee and pay transaction fees, that’s interesting model of business :)

The distinction between handling fee and surcharge seems meaningless to me, and you can see Paypal has the lowest fee out of the ones you mentioned so it’s not higher than non-Paypal transactions.

Why do you say that Romania is an exotic country ?

    • Dragan Slatjovic:

You see here hundred of VPS Deals, most of them located in the USA, so a SSD VPS in Romania would be an exotic offer.
