When he’s not working on platform improvements, Jon can be found engaging with users on LowEndTalk (@jbiloh), collaborating with providers, and exploring new ways to support the next generation of internet builders.
Nice offers!
Pay by Alipay, I didn’t get a discount.
Picked a 512MB server.
Had to use google translate on the site while ordering.
Looking good so far.
Just bought Package 3 (NVME) waiting for activation, and will give review.
Server is down, hard to communicate with them, now 5h and no reply for my ticket slow support won’t recommend
Like Mohammed, I would recommend staying away from this host.
I paid a lot more than the numbers stated here ($76 for a month) because I chose 500Mbps bandwidth (versus the default 200Mbps on their VPS offerings).
After running some tests, I opened a support ticket asking about terrible network performance and received a four word response many hours later: “VPS locked for attacks”.
This locking was done without any communication, either before or after the limits were put in place.
I’ve since explained to them that the “attacks” were me testing and asked for the limits to be increased. No response in many days.
I’m disputing the charge with PayPal.
They pushed back on my refund request via PayPal and still do not respond to my technical support requests.
Stay far far far away!
All is correct – from your VPS was made DDoS attacks and VPS was blocked in this case, due to service rules any type of synflood attacks denied on VPS.
If running https://iperf.fr/ between your network and a remote host constitutes a DDoS, perhaps you shouldn’t sell “500Mbps” VPSs.
Your reply here was actually more timely than responses to my support ticket!
I’m still waiting for the refund that *your technical support rep* told me to request after I explained that the service is not usable because of the network limits in place.
It was the worst VPS I ever had all I can say STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
do you have 1Gb ram 1cpu windows ssd server
i am ready to buy 50+ vps if you give a great discount
I recommend looking for another host. JustHost.ru was not communicative when I had issues with their service and did not provide a refund after offering it.
yes, you can order VPS with windows.
windows – manual iso setup only.
I recommend staying away. After 3 days I was finally able to get access to my VPS as their email system was not sending me access or any other information. Their tickets/support come through as expected, albeit sometimes a day later. I have yet to access the Client Portal after initial order and we’re on day #7.
no need to wait three days,
simple immediate send us technical request to info@justhost.ru
Just to follow up. I still do not have access to their client portal. Very bad support. I’d recommend staying as far away as possible.
JustHost.ru, receive a small syn ddos attack and get network limited to about 500 bytes/second FOREVER (https://imgur.com/IqprPYF), don’t recomend this vps company, I paid using Bitcoin and I don’t expect them giving me a refund :(
