Decided to buy a 2GB VPS. Fired the bad boy up with Cent OS 7.

Not bad for 35 bucks a year.

  3. Thoughts on these packages? I have tried the shared hosting and seems heavily resource limited.

I submitted a pre-sale support request that after 3 days is still unanswered so probably not a good choice

I thought i give them a review as I have been using their services for few month now:

Seems like there is only one guy replying to everything from sales to techinical support.

    VPS SSD VPS 5G:
    1. First impression good server.
    2. Extremely slow support (make you run around for correct answer).
    3. Server downtime at least 12 minutes each day plus every other hour goes down for around 1 minute (reported the issus was told no downtime it could be my network delay) FYI: i use 3. diffrent Uptime Monitoring providers they all reported downtimes.

    Final Conclusion:
I don’t think i will be buying from KayHosting, unless you need unreliable testing server.
