I paid for reseller plan. Their server are very slow. I assume that they are not using a real server, instead they using SBC (small computer board) as their server like rapsberry pi etc. Anything that they promise on GB, internet speed etc are full of bullshit. And my domain, its been a month they didnt setup my domain. I paid for $15 for my domain but my domain still available on public. Waste of money. Their support team took more than 2 days to reply. KudoHosting is a scam. They don’t have enough man power to response to customer and yet they have no money to spend on customer domain. Just don’t buy from this stupid hosting provider.
I do agree 100% that their support is the worst.
I do NOT agree that their systems are slow, etc. For what you pay, you get a lot of performance
I tried Kudo with three of their different plans, and persevered for almost three months. Why so long you may ask, as would I. Well, we host hundreds of virtual instances, each client sits on his/her own virtual server, so the low cost of Kudo seemed very attractive, and itis.
When they are working they are AMAZING, they are fast, etc. And you can’t beat the price.
Sadly however, their technical support is AWFUL. We need fuse enabled, since we use encfs. They assured us that they could do it. Eventually we do have it operating on all servers, but it has taken since August with a very large number of interactions to get to this point. Their support people have NO IDEA what they are doing. They even manage to get it working, then it stops again. They tell you that it is working, and “please try” when it is not.
If their system works “out of the box” as you need and you don’t care that you may as well have no support, then these are the people for you. If however, you need anything, such as fuse enabled, or think one day you may need some support, the AVOID!
We will try them again in a year, because as I say, their prices are excellent and realistically being at colohosting makes their acess rather good.
After a year of having a VPS with Kudo Hosting I can also report that their support id hopeless
super duper cheap but they have reboots.
