  3. My service has been down for over an hour. I submitted a support ticket marked as high priority and have not yet received a reply. All the websites I have on this account are down, I cannot login to cPanel, and I cannot restart the server myself. Basically, I’m waiting for someone at KudoHosting to decide my problem is a priority and respond.

Hello are masternode allowed (it’s not mining it’s a just a server to serve the blockchain in the network if you don’t know about it just do a little search then back to me), I am asking because I saw “mining related” but it’s different the kick initial to compile and then sync after all goes smooth. IPv6 can works with tunnelbroker or is disabled the support ?

Bought a 100gb reseller with these folks and couldn’t be happier. The websites on the server load way faster, and oh did I mention the price is great?

Very happy and pleased with my purchase.

    Hi

Interested in grabbing a few of these servers (awesome deals)

Generous storage offering too… is there any RAID redundancy/protection?

    Cheers

I bought a cheap 768mb server for some testing and the experience was really bad.

I’m sure i was unlucky, but i will cancel my account next month.

I know, 2 dollars servers … i was expecting low network speeds or hight latency, but unavailable service was out of my plans.

Have you tried in what location ? The server keeps downtime/random reboot or what exactly ?

My experience with KudoHosting has been very positive. Their support always responds to tickets within 1-2 hours at the MOST, on average much less. Plus their servers are quite affordable and reliable.

    5 stars from me.

I have paid for a VPS from them on Wednesday, their system failed to pick up my paypal transaction, I contacted support on Wednesday and support told me they would escalate the ticket to an account representative, since then I have not heard back from them.
I pretty much regret thinking they where a legit business. I still don’t have access to a VPS.

I messaged them on Saturday and Sunday, got a late response on Sunday, my Paypal transaction has been approved, even though at that point I asked for a refund.
VPS is still not running, last mail said: “Kindly your order will be activated within 24 hours and we are setting up new nodes.”

I will report back when I have money back or I have a VPS.

        Reporting back 24 hours later.
Still no VPS running, I am opening another ticket, just for the fun of it.

There is a lot of downtime on the VPS. Sometimes their client area is so dread slow it takes a few minutes to log in. Since I got the VPS 5 days back, I think I’ve had 3 downtimes and all the times it’s being for a few hours. Would recommend staying away from them, seems like they’ve oversold the node and can’t handle it all now.
