A couple providers were recently acquired.
Hostaris is now “under new management“.
As i stated on my previous posts, we are going to be restructuring the company from the start. Therefore, we won’t be servicing new orders for a week to fix existing issues and add new features that will greatly improve the user experience on our service.
The billing system right now is now not accessible for support, and it’s very hard for current customers to navigate. Therefore, we will be switching to WHMCS. We will be encouraging users to be opening tickets on our WHMCS for support, though eradicating discord support won’t be easy since a lot of our users are active on discord and it’s easier for them to receive support through the messenger rather than through WHMCS.
That was posted by Alex, who took over on May 24. If you want a lot longer read about the situation, go here.
Today, GoodLeaf announced that they have acquired IKIHOST.
We are thrilled to announce that IKIHOST has been acquired by GoodLeaf Hosting & Development LLC. This acquisition marks an exciting new chapter, and we are dedicated to addressing and resolving the issues you may have experienced in the past.
That was posted by GoodLeaf’s Nathan. He’s asking existing IKIHOST customers to contact him via email to transition services.
We are committed to honoring the current pricing plans you have with IKIHOST. Your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities, and we will strive to make this transition as seamless as possible. We will honor pricing at a best effort attempt.
In other words, we’re going to try to honor what you bought, but we’re not crazy.

I really loved reading your blog. It was very well-authored and easy to understand. Unlike other blogs I have read which are really not that good. Thanks a lot!
