I’ve had a VPS with them for almost three months following a previous offer and I’m very happy with it so far. Just a couple of minutes downtime in that time. Automatic install of the control panels didn’t work but support installed a different one for me.

Do the packages come with IPv6? If yes, what prefix size are you providing? If no, when do you plan to start offering IPv6?
Hi Dustin
Yes, we are native IPv6 supported. Every VPS is eligible to receive 100 IPv6 addresses free of cost – please open a support ticket after your order to request this to be added to your VPS.
Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!

What’s is your refund policy if I encounter problems and want to move out 2-3 months on ? A partial refund ? Nothing ? Unlimited BW sounds prone to abuse.
Hi Jacob
We have been in business for quite some time now. With thousands of satisfied customers using our service I am assertive this is not an issue. We have some customers who push many terabytes of data transfer per month without issue on our network.
With hundreds of Gbps of network capacity upstream, and each node being connected to dual uplinks plus tons of direct peering, we have successfully found a way to offer unmetered bandwidth within our business model and keep everything sustainable both performance and business-plan wise. This only becomes possible with scale, and by now we are large enough as a company to have enough scale & capacity to be able to sustainable offer this long term. For example just like your ISP (like AT&T or Spectrum as a example) can provide unlimited bandwidth with certain plans, whereas smaller ISP’s may impose a cap. Economies of scale… :-)
If for any reason you are not happy later on, you can always e-mail me at admin@ and I will work something out, either a resolution or prorated refund is doable.

Greetings from beautiful Slovenia! I have a question, this is a beautiful offer! If I want to set up + order 3 new servers can I request for them to be living on different hosts physically speaking?
Hi Aleksander
Thank you for checking out our offer.
Yes, this is no problem. We have many dozens of nodes available in our data center, in the rare chance for any reason your VPS’s are automatically set up on the same host node just open up a ticket and we can move some around.
Looking forward to working with you!

It looks like you have Port 25 blocked, What other restrictions are there?
Hi Paul
Thank you for your comment.
Yes, this is the one and only port that we do block by default as it is a requirement by our IPv4 leasors to reduce abuse/spam. On the other hand our customers can appreciate that we take this approach as it means we maintain a clean network, and our IP space is clean.
If you open a ticket describing your use case, we can get port 25 unblocked for you. As long as you are not intending to bulk email or do email marketing it should be fine.
