I am not sure this statement is true, the exact server can be had cheaper direct through the DC with more for less.

Deepak said the location is Alblasserdam “Macro Bash is Located in a Tier 3 datacenter in Alblasserdam (The Netherlands)”

Indeed, however trace route shows the IP is i3d going to Rotterdam. I3d doesn’t have anything on offer or even a presence in Alblasserdam.

Safe to assume they are misleading resellers, route confirms

This is just reselling of i3d specials at 2x markup…
Couple of years ago I had a server with these specs directly with i3d for 20 EUR/mo.

    • That’s true, those are only Indian resellers which offer zero value.

You can rent very similar servers directly from i3D:

    • Hello,

Mate We are not Reselling i3d Servers. May be you had purchased earlier for 20 Euro which may be 100Mbps port. But Now i3d also not Providing this server at 20 Euro. With 1 Gbps Port 25Tb Bandwidth you must check before comment.

        > We are not Reselling i3d Servers.

Yes you are, this is even obvious from the traceroute to your IP.

        > But Now i3d also not Providing this server at 20 Euro.

That might be correct, I specified “a couple of years ago”. But they provide a better one now and still for cheaper, see above what @Patrick posted.

      why?

      • I’d say $45/mo is ‘low end’ sometimes, though it’d require a lot better equipment then some 6th gen Xeon processor, 4GB RAM, and some crap SATA drives on a 1GB port.

You can get an i7-3770, 2x3TB HDD, 32GB RAM on a 1GB port from Hetzner for something around $37.50/mo.

        • Eh, actually just checked again.

Looks like you can get an i7-3770 w/ those specs now for $29.22/mo (partially due to Euro going from 1.15 to 1.09 since I last looked).

          The i7-3770 w/ 16GB of RAM is $25.57/mo.

  6. Hi, it’s great $45/month dedicated servers and very best price for networking agents. Overall we get fully managed servers in this price.
