Based on their WHOIS information, which is public, mosterVPS has been doing business since mid-2014. They are using OVH as a provider, so these servers are based in Gravelines, France and enjoy OVH’s standard DDoS protection. I do not have any hardware information, unfortunately, but I do know the hard drives are configured in RAID5 (so there’s a minimum of three). monsterVPS do not charge VAT in according with a certain German VAT Act, so with these new EU VAT rules it’s a good thing for them to start with. monsterVPS also has the compulsory German Imprint on their website. I have not been able to find any reviews so I’m looking forward to hear your experiences with them.
PayPal is the only accepted payment method at this time. No refunds are given, as you have the option to use the Trial VPS for 24 hours. For all the details, please read their Terms of Service before ordering.

Prices on site highter than described
No vswap memory? Any KVM vps plans?
Price did not work on order page what you are saying..!!!!!!!!!
here we go another hacker selling to take your data you still owe me for my last service scam artist stay well clear
Maybe add a little a more explanation to that.
He can’t, be cause lj is just a little kid who got his vps suspended by several providers for violating the terms of service. You can see that he pops up now and then just to post unfounded rubbish against all those smart providers who suspended his VPS and kept his money.
For example:

Unmetered transfer on a 100mbps uplink? What could go wrong!
Why not? It’s OVH.
several speedtest sessions show me 10Mbps/10Mbps
Prices are incorrect. It’s 2.49€ and 4.99€
The prices are incorrect. 1 hour after signing up could not ping the server. Needless to say could not log in to control panel or ssh into the box.
Is this resolved?
Does it work now or did you get a refund?
Hi there.
Is it capable of streaming 10TBs max of video every month?
Intresting thing where i found it thanx
Tested out Monster VPS the servers seem ok (nice, fast and stable) but support is crap, total crap
Sent my first support ticket got a response after 24 hours , made an upgrade of the server pays invoice 2 days now nothing happens, not even a ticket response ..
So far its good if you don’t really need any support (I MEAN AT ALL)
While prices are ok, their service is awfully slow. I think it is a one-man show that does everything from billing to support. Going directly to OVH seems cheaper.
Do you followup DMCA take down notice?? Are we allowed to host warez content?
BIG Mistake choosing these guys . Tickets are responded by the same Maxmilan guy and he responds after 4 – 8 days of the ticket .. Not a good choice ..
this hoster is crap. Suspend Servers that payed automaticly by paypal and it take days to unsuspend. Normal support tickets also take days to be answered . Take OHV direct or a other ‘better’ Hoster
Waste of time and effort (and money). Servers were wrongfully suspended. No explanation, no answer to our tickets after 1 week. Not very professional
Support non-existent. They have rebranded as server-factory.eu now. During that, they have switched server location, changed IP adresses for ALL VPS and were down for a few days. No prior notification, no support responce, nothing. Recieved a “we’re sorry” letter a few days after offering crap discount for one month.
While I was looking for substitute, they went dow again for few days. No response. No responsibility. KEEP AWAY!
