Just 2 days before,directspace was down and my data(Portland node) was completely lost!No compensation..
Compared with this,I prefer NB.
Although I have never use the service provided by this company, I don’t know why there are so many people blacken his name by making bad comments on it.(They may have never used this company’s vps..)

Compensation is not important. You must understand, nbvps no technical. Their whmcs had been hacked.
When looking at the comments this seems to be quite a mess and not a rock solid provider one should take into account when searching for a VPS. Maybe if you want to hack some minutes on a box but not for a durable amount of time.
