All the listed plans are SSD-cached, meaning they should be speedier than normal HDD-based VPS. OpenVirtuals also offers full SSD VPS, of which the details can be found on their website. OpenVirtuals have been around for a while now and we have featured them several times before. On their last offer, reviews were a bit mixed with some people complaining about slow nodes. Eric tells me any issues back then should have been fixed now. OpenVirtuals provides a 100% uptime guarantee with a generous SLA and boasts several turn-key templates for popular applications. If you’re a customer at OpenVirtuals, we’d love to hear from you and whether they’ve improved since the last time we’ve featured them!

PayPal is the only available payment method, though most credit cards should be accepted by PayPal as well. They have a 10-day or 10GB transfer (whichever comes first) money-back guarantee, which I presume it for new customers only. Additional IPv4 are available; no word on the availability of IPv6 yet. For all the details about guarantees and other things, please read their Terms of Service!

You are the only one that offers the swap as it should be. The swap should double the ram.

Is it 80g*N or 70g*N for the storage? Eg. 240g for professional on website.

How much is the cost for renting cPanel?

    Thanks.

    • What do you mean by “g*N”? Storage is in GB and as advertised.

      We don’t have cPanel.

    From your AUP:

What we consider abuse of service resources:

An application that excessively uses service resources (e.g. CPU cycles, disk IO)

Does that mean no game servers?

    • Most likely not. Resources are shared. This policy is in place to maintain a high level of service for our clients.

are TeamSpeak 3 servers allowed? If so, what is your refund policy? Interested in buying, but If there is packet loss I’ll want a refund.

    • We don’t recommend running TS servers. We strictly manage our nodes for cpu load. Containers/VMs adversely affecting the node are squashed per out AUP.

We have a 10 day or 10 GB trial – Money Back Guarantee.

Just wanted to say I’ve been using the $20/year VPS for one week now and I’m very happy with the responsiveness and the speed of the server.

Pros: Good support. They responded my help ticket and communications either same day or next day. Everything seems to perform well for the price !!

Cons: They require that you use Paypal. (not the best for small businesses)
