It is such cheap but I can’t find any information aboub SuprebVPS, even on their weibsite there is not any address or telephone number. The only way to communicate with them is using their tickets system.
Anyone who has used their VPS can give me some information about them? Is their support team fast enough? Or are they reliable enough?

This is misleading. The prices posted are for shared hosting, not VPS

Can you explain the difference, or point me to an explanation? a VPS can be shared hosting or dedicated as I understand it.. The term VPS can be used for either….although I am relativly new to this stuff.

Hi, can you INCLUDE these with your VPS offers ? and please answer few extra questions i have asked:
    (1) 30xIPv6 or 50xIPv6-address ? native IPv6 or tunneled ?
    (2) do you support setup of PTR/RDNS for IPv4 & IPv6 thru your VPS control panel or via support-ticket ?
    (3) can you assign (internet routable & native) one /64 IPv6 “SUBNET” (not one /64 IPv6 “ADDRESS”) for any of the VPS offers ? (if you can assign a IPv6-SUBNET, then i need only 1 separate IPv6-address, not 30xIPv6-addresses) . Can you setup your DNS-NameServer to SUB-DELEGATE/point that assigned IPv6-SUBNET’s REVERSE-ZONE toward my NameServer(NS) running in the KVM-VPS ? ( then my-VPS can setup PTR/RDNS for any IPv6-Address from that assigned /64 IPv6 SUBNET ) . If not /64 IPv6 subnet, then can you assign atleast one /96 IPv6 SUBNET ?
    (4) do you respect+uphold PRIVACY-RIGHTS and Privacy+Protection Laws ? ( GDPR. California SB-1386 civil code §§ 1798.29, 1798.82, 1798.84. CalOPPA code §§ 22575-22579. CCPA (AB-375 / SB-1121) code §§ 1798.100. etc. USA-Federal PRIVACY-LAWS have substantial “opt-out” requirements. etc )
    (5) do you AUTO-SEND any (root/vnc/ssh/control-panel/web-portal) PASSWORD into any client’s email-address thru OPEN email (when client order VPS or Reinstall-OS or change PASSWORD, etc) ? do you allow new-clients to setup their VPS root-password in the HTTPS based secure VPS-order webpage ? do you share VPS’s any data/code with anyone else or with any 3rd-party ?

    For IPv4/IPv6-“ADDRESS” you setup Reverse-DNS, (you setup PTR,etc record in your DNS-NameServer & point to Client’s host.zone).
    For IPv4/IPv6-“SUBNET” you sub-delegate Reverse-Zone, (you setup NS,CNAME,etc record in your DNS-NameServer & point to Client’s host.zone).
When any EMAIL’s content is Not-Encrypted With GPG/PGP/SMIME (keys/certs) Then that EMail is OPEN Email.
Data passing thru HTTP is OPEN.
HTTPS is secure/ENCRYPTED. HTTPS is Encrypted with CA validated certificates/keys.
Correct FCrDNS, PTR/RDNS, WHITELISTED-IP, etc are necessary for MAIL-server to send-out EMAILs into other’s “INBOX”, or else EMAILs are either REJECTED or placed into SPAM/TRASH folder.

if you respond, then thanks in advance.

I tried to get some reviews for these guys before making my decision, but couldn’t find much information about them anywhere…so I figured I’d be the first to comment…

I bought two VMs from these guys last night…had a couple of very minor issues (A couple of emails didn’t come through to me, and my password for their panel was in one of those emails..so I got blacklisted on the panel login site for invalid login attempts), I opened a ticket which claims to be 24/7 support but did not receive a response…the issue resolved itself a couple of hours later so I closed my ticket. Hopefully with a real issue I would have received a better response time.

I know it hasn’t been very long to tell yet, but so far I’ve been playing with the VMs all day today and they seem super speedy and stable, as well as a very serious internet speed. This may be the standard (these are my first VMs) but the SSD value is in addition to the OS install footprint…so I bought 60GB of SSD space and the drive was actually 70GB, with that 10 GB taken up by the Windows Server 2012r2 installation. I was pretty happy about that. Anyway…just a note on my first day’s experience with them…I’ll post again if I encounter any significant issues, downtime or otherwise.

    Thanks!

Note: I was wrong, the package I bought had 70GB of SSD space, of which 10 was used by the OS installation.
Still not had any outages..using them pretty minimally at this point though.
