Michael from SupremeVPS has submitted another offer to LowEndBox. Michael stated their last offer was quite successful, but they continued to see requests for KVM VPS so SupremeVPS is excited to announce their expansion to start offering KVM VPS today with some hot deals for our community!
Their WHOIS is public, and you can find their ToS/Legal Docs here. They accept PayPal, Credit Cards, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum as payment methods.
Here’s what they had to say:
“We are on a mission to make VPS hosting affordable, easy to use, and transparent. Since day one, we have been on a constant mission to change the VPS hosting industry. Having experienced it ourselves, we have found VPS hosting to be rather tedious with hidden fees, upsells, poor support, etc. – and SupremeVPS was born to change that and to set a new standard – a high standard, for that matter. Today we are successfully empowering over 1500 customers from all over the world!
Our pricing is simple, flat-rate, and easy to understand. No calculator needed, and there are absolutely zero hidden fees. SupremeVPS was born to be simple & easy to use – and our intuitive platform allows you to deploy in under 60 seconds.”

Are any KVMs available in Chicago? Don’t see any in the drop down list.
Good Morning,
At the moment, our KVM VPS’s are only available in Los Angeles. We are working to introduce these in Chicago next! Thanks for your interest.
– Mike
Is IPv6 available for the KVM VPS?
Good Morning Frank,
We are working on implementing native IPv6 support across our entire network at the moment. Once this is available, we will be happy to allocate this to existing and new clients at no extra charge! In the meantime, you can definitely set up a IPv6 tunnel and we have some clients doing this today.
– Mike
I purchased a KVM. Then used a HE tunnel for IPv6 as you suggested. I am very pleased with the results. The VPS is very fast for this price. Thank you!!
Thanks! That’s definitely good to hear.
– Mike
WOOO! Attractive pricing for KVM plans. Finally some love for the Docker folks like me.
Couple questions:
1. By Custom OS, do you mean that I can install from my own ISO if I ever want to?
2. Can I upgrade my VPS to a promotional package here later on if I need more resources?
Thanks for your time!
Good Morning Vincent,
Yes, that is correct – if our existing wide variety of OS selections somehow does not fit your needs, you will be able to contact support with your ISO and we can mount it for you. You will be able to upgrade your VPS in the future.
– Mike
I went to try this with Docker and it is says the kernel version is too low. I am going to ask their support, but wanted to point that out.
Supremevps, Mike and his guys rock! I got a ovz linux vps plan with them last month and they are definitely on my top 3 for highest performance/uptime.
Thanks Trent!
– Mike
Put more options for monthly plans.
+1 for Supreme VPS. They helped me migrate from my existing Openvz plan to a KVM plan, so now I can finally run a newer kernel :D
Good Morning,
Always a pleasure, thank you for your business!
– Mike
Not a good experience with them. Too many downtimes, and support just says that “everything works fine from our end”.
Good Afternoon,
Can you please provide me with a ticket number so I can investigate this further for you?
– Mike
I can provide you with the following ticket numbers, that are supposedly solved, but the problem keeps getting back every single day:
#221750
#753870
#113907
#126293
#287576
#241990
#316031
Denis – agreed, the same story. Nothing is truly fixed. Network is flaky, SSDs always need optimizing to maintain speed above 50Mb per sec, etc. Move on, don’t waste your time. I have an army of tickets like you do, without any final resolution.
I’ve been having a lot of problems with downtime, too. Is it the same for KVM?
I have the same experiences. Many down times due to high server load. A few days ago, I opened a ticket and the support person acknowledge that there was a server load issue. Today it just happened again. Identical issue, server load is higher than 40. Meanwhile, I don’t have anything heavy running on my VPS. I opened a ticket. The support person said that it is my problem, and said that there cannot be server load issue anymore. He shows me that the my VPS is fine. Of course, he can just conveniently reply the ticket when the load is back to normal and act as if nothing happened. Now I am completely lose any confidence in the company. Stay away from them.
Is it possible to reinstall the VPS OS ?
I couldn’t find the reinstall option for the OVZ I have with you
Good Afternoon,
Yes, it is possible to re-install the OS thru SolusVM Panel. You will find the SolusVM login details mentioned in your welcome email.
– Mike
Signed up for a 2GB KVM plan… AWESOME speeds…..!
Thanks !
Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your order; please let us know if we can ever assist you!
– Mike
Can’t say that completely happy. Every week, sometimes twice – 5-10 minutes downtime per week, nothing major but at the same time annoying. Disk speed is good at times, than gets bad. Ticket opened, issue fixed, after some time – reverts back to so so disk speed (50 MB/s). Please fix, this is a consistent issue that happened 2x or 3x!
On the plus side – generous packages, knowledgeable support staff, and quick response time.
Eugen,
That’s interesting. Take it for whatever it’s worth, but I’ve had a completely different experience with them. I got their SSD plan a couple months ago, and have found the disk speeds are pretty damn quick even till now, and even faster than my instances with vultr and DO when benching them side-by-side.
Good Afternoon Eugen,
That’s a first I’m hearing of this, I’m interested in looking into this for you. Please provide me with a ticket number.
– Mike
First time?? You must be joking…
Ticket numbers:
#810717 (09/02/2018) – very slow disk speed
I/O (1st run) : 30.3 MB/s
#352837 (09/19/2018) – Very slow disk speed [when I started paying attention again as needed to use the service]
I/O (1st run) : 48.2 MB/s
#657832 (09/20/2018)- VPS down
“network issue with our server and we have fixed it”
#303574 (09/24/2018) – Short periods of downtime
IP that was provided didn’t even have network connectivity..
#794713 (09/25/2018) – VPS down again
“We have issue with our DC end and we have resolved it”
Last time down: 7:51 PM, back 8:02 PM ET. No back end or OS changes during any of these periods.
Now, you would probably wonder – would these guys be curious to enable statuscake or any other monitoring of their service? No, “We can’t setup anything from our end. Kindly check with your vps.”
Can I install Server 2016 on a KVM plan? What about Server 2016 on Windows VPS plans?
Good Afternoon,
Custom ISO’s are supported with any KVM plan. Please ticket support with a download link to the ISO and we’ll mount it for you for free.
– Mike
Interested in the below plan, not bad for a KVM package.
6GB SSD KVM
4 CPU’s
6GB (6144MB) RAM
60GB SSD Space
10TB Bandwidth
1Gbps Port
KVM
$79/yr
Do you allow Plex to be installed on these? Thanks in advance
Good Afternoon,
Yes, Plex can be installed.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
– Mike
Hello,
Is the price recurring?
Good Afternoon,
Yes, I can confirm that the prices are recurring.
– Mike
I tried to test the VPS but the service is unstable and I have a ticket open 20 hours ago with no updates.
It’s been 6 hrs since purchase. No one has started service. You said , 60 seconds brother. Start my damn VPS.
Same problem for me
Hey SupremeVPS! I just want to say that your website is not viewable without Javascripts (thanks to the “preloader” div).
512MB SSD KVM says it is out of stock
Hello,
I’d like a VPS between 2GB SSD KVM and 6GB SSD KVM to use as Emby Server. Can you make me a custom offer?
BR,
choldi
Daily exchange of support emails, one location has network issue, another one – slow SSD speeds (<50Mb / sec). Not happy. While specs look good, these guys need more expertise in addressing issues and running tight ship. Also, boxes go up and down for short time <10 minutes about once per day to once per week. IPs that they assign to the box cannot go out to the internet, and many other issues. Moving on to another provider.
A whole host of issues with these people and very unhelpful support. Best avoided.
I second the motion
If you attempt to run anything on your VPS these guys will suspend it for you right quick. And will be in no hurry to unsuspend it, especially if you’ve pre-paid. For some reason, this host thinks prepaid = low priority client. Sure, I can’t get my money back, SupremeVPS, but I sure as hell can prevent you from getting at least 30x my initial amount from future sign-ups :)
Do yourself a favor: stay away from SupremeVPS if you want to run nginx or nodejs. If you’re doing it for VPN and ZNC yes, that’s fine. I did not get suspended when I was running just that.
I second that, here is what you get with their “SSD” = Super Slow Drive. Stay as far away as you can from SupremeVPS, 60x :)
Disk Speed
———-
I/O (1st run) : 44.6 MB/s
I/O (2nd run) : 63.5 MB/s
I/O (3rd run) : 40.0 MB/s
Average I/O : 49.3667 MB/s
And my host on SupremeVPS is down again. They are just pathetic.
How much more monthly would it be to add 2GB of RAM to the 2GB SSD KVM 29$/yr deal?
It’s been a little over a month since I purchased a VPS from them, and haven’t been able to use it properly yet. They keep killing processes on my VPS, with bogus reasons like “‘top’ command load average over 1.0”, which means 1/8*100 = 12.5% load for an 8-core VPS.
Each time, I try to explain them the math, but they keep replying with some copy/pasted or irrelevant answers about “fair share”.
A sentence from one of the replies: “While you do have access to 8 CPU Cores, it does not necessarily mean you can burst and utilize all of the 8 CPU cores all of the time”
The funny thing is that I never did that. I am intentionally putting a threshold for my processes. Last time, I tried with a 50% threshold, and the processes got killed again.
I have again wrote a reply on the ticket, asking what the ‘fair share’ is, as a percentage. Will share the result here.
It has been three days, I am still waiting for a response. Th ticket is waiting in “escalated” status.
It has been 4 days, and still counting…
It has been a week (7 days), and there is no response yet.
I have sent another message on the ticket, as a ping.
SupremeVPS host is down. Customer support is not responding.
I am in agreement with the last set of comments. Box goes down without notice every few days. They report statements like “cpu load within a cluster” which to me is nonsense as the machine is supposed to be provisioned with decent specs.
Should have down a bit more reading prior to purchasing
Avoid SupremeVPS unless you’re the kind of person that enjoys pulling their own teeth.
I submitted a ticket before I purchased the service asking about their refund policy and Mike, the “management”, assured me that they have a 48 hour money back guarantee. I ordered a 4gb SSD VPS and within an hour I knew it wasn’t going to work for me. I canceled the service and requested the refund. After multiple support tickets and assurances of “its in the queue for our person the handles refunds”, 30 days past and there was still no refund. I had to go through PayPal protection to get my refund because this company that “was born to set a new standard” stopped responding to my tickets. Hosts like this need to go go bankrupt in a hurry, unfortunately there is no shortage of scum to fill the gap.
