Some applications need swap on linux,
how can you offer 0 swap?
You’d better offer 256Ram and 256swap rather than 512Ram only, if you offer 0 swap you don’t know how Ram and swap work, it’s not hard to learn.

Yes, I am their customer for ~3 years, as it is their new brand for international business, they are operating in local market with http://www.iv.lt
    Pros:
-Great support. As I am customer of various hsting companies from shared to vps to dedicated etc. for around ~10 years, they are one of those which know their servers and sometimes are curious enough to dig into your custom(!!!) vps configuration for no additional charge
    -Great all around services
-Good or great uptime, I think only like 1-2 times a year there are planed maintenance, where kernels are updated and so on.
    Cons:
-Overselling, so you should triple check your VPS performance, perhaps there are some which may offer better performance for buck. But if you do not need it top notch – it is ok then.

LoL, this may come as a shocker to an erudite such as yourself, but Lithuania does indeed have laws regarding intellectual property and copyright infringement. Why does it matter if the notice originates from the DMCA? This is breaking Lithuania law, as well.

            http://www.wipo.int/wipolex/en/text.jsp?file_id=128554

PS – I have had a VPS there for a couple weeks now, no issues at all. One of the best offers I’ve tried, w/ the price point and specs. I’m using the VPS M.

Their system is the most annoying I’ve ever seen.

Web console (which I need, a lot) breaks literally every time. Rebooting and starting web console again (even with different time duration) does not help.

Not to mention that there is no “start” button in case I shut my VM down – this is beyond horrible.
(and even from the start – It took over a week for them to fix SMS verification and my service to come up).

Their support isn’t helpful either, each time I report a problem their support “educates” me that the web console isn’t meant for permanent use (I know that, I simply need to use it for “single user mode” quite a bit). and then problems resolve on their own (pretty sure they take care of them and don’t admit it)…
