TrunkSpaceHosting Pre Black Friday Offer

Hey guys, I know it’s been a little bit since we’ve shared an offer – we’ve been hoarding them for Black Friday, but we have one here that we’re able to share with you all now, coming from TrunkSpaceHosting.

They’re a registered company in Canada, their WHOIS is public, and you can find their legal docs/ToS here.

They accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Stripe, Bitcoin via Coinbase, PaymentWall for gift cards and bank transfers in many countries.

In their own words:

“Our company (TrunkSpace Hosting) was founded in February of 2005, starting up by providing shared web-hosting, dedicated web-hosting for small and medium businesses, reseller web-hosting and domain registration services on dedicated servers out of Portland, Oregon. We have since expanded our offering to include voice servers (Teamspeak 3, for which we became an ATHP, and Mumble, for which we are on the official Mumble hoster list) in July 2013, with servers hosted out of 4 locations (Oregon USA, Montreal Canada, West Virginia USA, Texas USA); we have since expanded with services out of 14 worldwide locations (3 in Canada, 8 in USA, 2 in Europe & 1 in Asia). We host over 1000 voice servers (over 20,000 total slots). We now provide game servers as well (for games: Arma 3, Battlefield 2, CS:GO, CS:Source, GTA-MTA, GTA-SA, Minecraft & Team Fortress 2).

Our VPS service expands our service offering further, with 2 nodes (one for OpenVZ & one for KVM) in Jacksonville, Florida, and 2 nodes (one for OpenVZ & one for KVM) in Los Angeles, California. “

  1. So, is this only good for one month- or does it only work with the month-by-month plans? I did an “Annual” check, and it comes out to $9.95/mo.

    • Atif Khan:

The discount is recurring (valid for life), and will apply for any payment term (monthly, quarterly,
semi-annually & annually). $9.95/mth is for the Silver plan (which the discount doesn’t apply for); the order link in the original post was incorrect and pointed to the Silver plan – it has since been corrected

  2. Just a heads up that we have unfortunately run out of IPv4 addresses on the KVM node in the Los Angeles Datacenter — if you place an order for a KVM node in LA, please expect a delay of ~24 hours for the server to be setup, until we get assigned additional IP blocks.

OpenVZ servers in Los Angeles, and OpenVZ + KVM servers in Florida should all continue to get provisioned immediately/automatically

Apologies, there has just been a lot of interest in this deal, and we didn’t foresee the demand being so high

    • Update: 12 additional IPv4 for KVM servers in Los Angeles have become available immediately. We are working on getting additional IP blocks quickly.
