Andrew from 123Systems sent me an email yesterday about their latest brand, VPS BB (which I think stands for “Bargain Bin”). Usually you find items with defects in the bargain bin in your local markets but I do hope the offer here would be top notch as it is from 123Systems (multiple locations, not a one man shop, etc). He is indeed correct, The name “BB -> Bargain Bin” was chosen more less for the budget priced items you would find in a Bargain bin however, Not for the defects :).
All VE’s bought from vpsbb will run under the same management/hardware that the ones from 123Systems already run under. This brand was created for the “Instant Setup/Simplistic” feel. Which is why it has one page/one plan. We will never add more pages to this brand but we might possible add another instant setup plan if this one goes well.
Instant Setup is something we do not provide directly at 123Systems but provide it with this brand (Which also comes with the 123Systems Niches).

Yes the Same TOS/AUP Applies to VPSBB that 123Systems has, VPSBB is owned and operated by 123Systems so you will be receiving the same thing you would receive given you bought directly from 123Systems.
