BreezeHost is a welsher!
I’m a BreezeHost customer between 2010-04 to 2010-06, but one day, I can’t login to my account, I submit a ticket, they tell me:
Dear Client,
We are really sorry for the delay causing in provision of your server, but the thing is that we have received tremendous response to our offer and you know, we don’t have any old records to get accounts verified immediately, however we are trying our best to finish up this process. We are almost done with verification and now waiting for registration from our clients who got verified. If your server is not provisioned yet, that indicates that you are still awaiting in queue. We will be getting server for our each and every valuable client. I really hate to say to you guys to another few hours, may be 8-9 or 10.
We are really appreciating your understanding and assistance so far.

We are currently having issues with the new IP Block in which the outside world cannot connect to the block of IP’s. These were purchased few mins ago so we are awaiting Datacentre to resolve this issue and then we will proceed with your VPS.

For your information, we took over BreezeHost in July, 2010 and since after that did not received single complaint that we delayed provision of server. As mentioned on every post, we do offer instant setup.

I had a VPS with BreezeHost not long ago, and after cancelling I forgot to cancel the automatic payment on PayPal. I know it’s my responsibilty to handle things like that, but could they at least have the courtesy to repay the money that was sent to them? I sent in a ticket and it was totally ignored. =(

Terrible. Just terrible. Ordered a VPS for a client, 60 hours later cancelled it as it had still not been provisioned. Various excuses.
Hmmmm. Their NL node is down for more than 24h by now.
Live support is terrible. I asked 3 questions, he linked me to the TOS, it had information on refund but it didn’t have answer to my other two questions. I repeated one of the three questions which was asking if they provide base level support for unmanaged VPS. He pasted the refund portion from the TOS which btw, only stated about shared and reseller hosting while I was talking about a VPS.
Sigh.

It sucks like myreseller host xD they are only “acting like deafs” (I don’t know how to say a phrase from spanish)

Jitesh, We are sorry for the confusion between you and our support guys. Here are answers to your queries you had, Do we have Money Back Policy – We have 15 days money back policy for Unmanaged VPS.
Do we provide base level support to unmanaged VPS plans – If you are buying unmanaged VPS plan it is understood that you wont be getting any type of support apart from network issues and reboot requests.

I didnt enjoy my VPS I have paid for an ClixPro-6 so that means :
RAM : 2048MB
Burst RAM : 4096MB
I had one small gameserver running and it was laggy , even with Putty I had many problems to update the vps .
Many times the VPS cannot connect to to other host this way it was very hard to update the VPS.
Dont know but it seens to me that they dont even care about there servers only about the money .
Pieter we are still waiting for a response from you.I think you said you are satisfied after the changes made to your server and you were happy with services and will be posting your feedback here. Let us know if you are still facing problem and we will check into this.

Dont rent an VPS here they take money from your paypal account even when u dont even got a VPS there anymore.
It happend to me all really two times I have contact palpay about this and hope the paypal account will blocked.
