” so if your a european resident that has to be VAT, add another £0.50 to the price.”
The Engrish is astounding.
Evorack VPS works perfectly well for me for almost a year by now. Keep up the good work!:)
If I was you , I’d get rid of your admin that does WHMCS work.
Jonny,
You got me , I thought that was gonna end up a free VPS :) haha.
Hi Jack,
Regarding the issue you had, this is a bug in WHMCS that we are aware of. Please feel free to place a new order :)
Thanks
Jonny
DC1 is located in Fareham
DC2 is located in Gosport.
Are vps nodes available on both locations?
Hi There,
We are not offering DC1 at the present time.
Thanks
Jonny

Hi There,

Quite a few misspellings on the FAQs page.
I can’t seem to find any, but feedback is very welcome on mis-spelled words that that we’ve missed :)
Cheers

I was with Evorack for a very long time (years), never had any issues and my tickets with questions were answered quick, great VPS host.
Reason I’m not with them anymore is i needed a VPS in the US.
I they ever do US as well as UK with the same quality i will instantly move back :)
Been with Evorack for a while now, just got a new service from a few weeks ago – very happy.
Hi m8s
I tried to apply for an annual period using the promotional code “LEB2012NEWSITE “but i got a message:
“The promotion code you entered has been applied to your cart but no items qualify for the discount yet – please check the promotion terms”
:-S
Hi There,
This coupon code is for monthly payment terms. If you wish to pay yearly, please open a support ticket and we can give you a code :)

I get a great low latency traceroute to 109.200.19.115, the speedtest shows 6mbps, but when I try to get the test image, i only get about 37KB/s.
Hi There,
They must be some “network management” going on with your ISP as from our office connection (DSL connection) we are getting 11Mbps:
2012-05-24 09:44:24 (1.38 MB/s) – `test.img’ saved [52428800/52428800]
Cheers
Jonny
Man, would like to get one of those.
But what bothers me is the low traffic cap, would like to see a raise for the smaller servers or a flatrate option for a small monthly fee.
Hosting websites with AJAX requests and multiple images could easily bring one of the smaller ones down too quick. :/
Hi There,
Thanks for your comments. Our higher packages, VPS350, VPS512, VPS1024 and VPS2048 provide 350GB, 450GB, 650GB, 1000GB respectively.
The coupon code works for these higher packages as well :)
Cheers
Jonny
Have been with Evorack since early 2011. Absolutely fantastic service. I have no complaints at all. There’s very little downtime and the support requests are always quickly attended to. I honest can’t recommend them enough. I just wish they had a DC in Australia/Asia-Pacific!
Just ordered one of these as a VPN and the speed and service are both fantastic!

Do they have a good control panel now? I read in former comments, that this was the only downside of Evorack. So is it possible to reinstall your box and just select an image now?
Seems like not yet.
I’m also waiting for this :)
Thats a little disappointing for a provider, that has flawless reputation apart from this. Johnny also said quite a long time ago now, that they are working on it. I will become a customer these days anyway, but it indeed is a real pity.
Well, the speeds are disappointing.
I just signed up… and was hoping for quicker provisioning. Oh well, thankfully it’s not a huge rush, but I sat down to get everything done but have to wait. Anyone else had bad experiences with provisioning time?
