100mhz CPU?
I am curious :D!!!
I think “burstable to 2ghz” is the relevant part, since that’s the de facto situation with most leb’s. If you go cpu-busy for too long, your vps gets suspended. The 100mhz thing sounds more like a cloud server, i.e. it’s (hopefully) available for nonstop computation. I do notice it doesn’t specify the cpu make and model.

Bandwidth in Belgium is still somewhat expensive.
I run a large PR3 site and rarely use less than 30gb of bandwidth per month. 100gb seems like overkill to me!
Come on guys..get real. This is *real* cloud and you guys are used to cheap stuff, not meaning to be offensive, to be honest these guys shouldn’t be offering this, its just not right.

The term real cloud was marketing BS made up by the OnApp marketing guys, well done for falling for it!
Looks like it is a 2Ghz CPU on which you have a guarantee of 100Mhz, so most of the time you should have a full 2Ghz to your disposal, unless the load on the platform is very high… then you fall back to 100Mhz.
Just did some testing with Geekbench, this seems to be quite good for only 100Mhz, it looks like you can really burst to the 2 Ghz if you need it… nice!
Run Geekbench as root to gather accurate system information.

I did file a support ticket and it was answered pretty quickly… but it doesn’t look like you actually have debian in the list of distro’s in the build VM dropdown menu.

Onapp is wonderful when the people running it know what they’re doing. Anyone who remembers UrgentVPS should appreciate the many innovative ways it can be done badly, however. :/ Hopefully STTC are rather more competent; I guess we’ll all know in a month or two…

What site can i get best VPS service in Europe most especially in Belgium ??
HEADS UP:
The offer is no longer valid, even though it’s available as order item on their web site and even though they accepted my money after 3 days without a response (can prove with email) they finally refunded me after I contacted them that I never received deployment email.
To find out about them I looked up the IP of a fellow-vpn company’s server in Belgium and I asked ShiftToTheCloud if the company in question is hosted with them, because obviously their prices must be good if VPN company buys server from them. The kindly offered to tell them the IP so that they can check, then they directed me to their website to buy a server.
After I searched for a discount I found the LEB offer, signed up and now that they were shocked that I found such offer on their own site, here is what they said:

We have discussed this order with the tech team. We can not offer you the service, certainly not for such a little cost (the product shouldnt even exist anymore, how did you find it on our site?)
We will send you the bill back so the operation is 0.
We also decided ist clear you only want our services to see what your competitor does, there for we would like to ask you to find another provider for your services…

What do you think? First they post the offer themselves here, they don’t even remember about it, they are also SHOCKED about the “low price” and they even make ASSUMPTIONS that I only want server to find out what the “fellow vpn company” does :) Which is rediculous… I obviously KNOW what the other company does which is to offer VPN services, which is not a secret :)
Therefor I wanted server to use it for VPN services, not to “find out” about the “secret operations” of my competitor :) Which are so secret that they advertise what “they do” even on LET.
Stay away from them, unless you want gossipy “tech team” to judge if you’re qualified for their overpriced hosting, even though you never ever mentioned you want to do something which is against the AUP policy.
Also they don’t stand by their offers.
Clarification, ShiftToTheCloud.com is a subsidiary of Stone-is.com which is in fact the company that explained my competitor is hosted with ShiftToTheCloud.com.
