PremiumVM were founded in December 2012 but closed their doors in early 2013. They were relaunched in April 2013 and according to Dominic: “things have only got better”. Dominic is a young registered sole trader in Guernsey (a small island between france and England). He has been involved with a one or two LEB providers before. Swap is provided as default, you can submit a ticket to request it be changed to burstable. Disk Space is provided on 2x1TB HDD’s in Software RAID 1. ‘Basic Management’ is included. If you’re a customer, or become one, do let us know how ‘premium’ they really are.
PremiumVM accept payments via PayPal. They offer a 3 day money back guarantee for the first service a client has had. Accounts that have failed to comply with their terms will not receive a refund. Additional IP’s are available at $2 each per month, subject to accepted justification. PremiumVM do not allow IRC, or IRC bots, anything that is illegal or spam on their servers. TOR exit nodes are not permitted, but generally they allow entry, bridge and relay nodes for legal use only. They allow game-servers so long as they are not cracked and contain all legal material. – PremiumVM were founded in December 2012 but closed their doors in early 2013.

Well…
Let me rephrase that:
– PremiumVM were founded during Christmas 2012 but closed when school came back.
– They were relaunched at the beginning of the summer.
At least that is how I read it …
So 4GB RAM for $6/mo?
Correct
I have one box in OH from him, amazingly, there was not a single incident to complain about.
This guy learned his lessen I guess and turned the bad to efficient way to operate.
I can recommend him.
Thanks for your kind words!
Website is down
That does not smell good.
Down for me too, judging from the site being down currently and the past history of the provider, this doesn’t sound like a very reliable provider at all. Sorry to say. :/
Hello,
As said, this isn’t an issue our end as far as I can see.
We’re all up.
Dominic
Seems competitors starts handle them :)
It’s not a DDoS.
Dominic
Not clear if buy 128/256 get 256/512 ?
This is correct.
Tried contacting him on Skype, but he isn’t online.
Is anyone’s VPS down or is it just his site?
In US deep night, wait for morning when they wake up :)
His test IP in Columbus is OK so his node(s) are up and I think Solus is at RamNode. It’s only his main website/billing which is hosted at Hudson Valley Host (or at least it was last month ) that’s having problems.
Ok, he’s online on skype, might be working on it now I hope. I messaged him and let him know. We’ll see if he replies.
Hello,
I’m just trying to determine what’s happened.
Will update you shortly.
Dominic
This looks to be an issue with CloudFlare, and not our website box.
Regards,
Dominic
Looks like an issue with the IP actually.
I’m looking into this.
When the site comes back up… would it be possible to double the disk space rather than the RAM/Swap?
Yes, I could do that for you.
Hello,
We’re back online.
are torrents ok (assuming fair resource usage)
Good morning,
I will look into this for you, please submit a ticket via our site.
Dominic
shouldnt your semi annual and annual be slightly cheaper?
No
The packages are cheap enough as it is, we can’t go any lower on them.
Well probably not on your promo packages, but normal ones. usually i see the rates are cheaper with longer term plans. 4×12=48, and semi-annual 24×2=48.
Hello,
We can probably work out a deal on our normal packages.
Please submit a ticket & we can work something out: https://premiumvm.com/clients/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=1

Dominic
I snagged a VPS a little while ago. Provisioning took a couple of hours (probably due to timezone differences), but the box was ready to go in short order and e-mail communication was straightforward.
Contacting Dominic about the promotional offer was fast and easy, which was great to see.
The only problem I encountered was that the 64-bit Debian 7 image seems to have a number of conflicting i386 libraries (removing ia32-libs and manually migrating to multiarch-support didn’t work), but using the web interface to reinstall as Debian 6 (which took about a minute and a half), then upgrading to wheezy worked fine.
Neil,
Thanks for the kind words. I appreciate it.
If you have any questions, please do submit a ticket – we’ll be glad to help.
Regards,
Dominic
We’re out of stock in Columbus now.
We’ll have another location up soon.
Thanks for your orders!
Looks like I may have gotten the last one.
Any chance of getting more stock on the 2GB -> 4GB upgrade?
My site is down, I have emailed support no reply
I have gone to their website, GONE aswell
Just trying to find the phone number, but that will probably be an answering machine or dead
