All VPS have 1 IPv4 address by default, and native IPv6. Additional IP is extra IPv4 address.
I’m in the U.S. and I just signed up today, my first impressions of MikroVPS is AMAZING! Signed up and paid (VAT showed up on the order form but once the actual invoice was generated it showed no VAT and the right amount) and service was activated immediately.
