Almost got me hahaha …
April fools offer:) No $8 VPS…
I jumped on this deal 2 years ago, similar bit of $20/yr VPS (although I think the RAM was only 512). It’s exactly what you’d expect for a $20/yr VPS. My initial VPS was configured incorrectly (serial console pointed me to someone else’s VPS) and let’s just say customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Support ended up blanking the disk image twice as they couldn’t quite understand the issue, glad I had backups. Annoying but not deal breaking. Only issue now is all of their OS images are woefully out of date and the performance seems to be dropping dramatically (even with a fresh image). If you need a cheap VPS…sure, why not; but I won’t be renewing this year.

I am sorry to hear about the inconveniences you have faced. Please submit a ticket from your account and give a reference to this and I will personally check and help you out. Cheap VPS does not mean the bad server or service, It is same as normal VPS. Also, we are keep on adding and updating the templates and OSes, so there is no issue with it. If you are still facing the issue, you can include in that ticket and will be sorted out.

The rDNS panel does not work, you need to request the change manually, and even after being asked, the company does not change the rDNS. Which delays server delivery with the correct configuration.

Yes, It is correct, we don’t allow clients to set the rDNS from VPS Panel, It requires to send in support ticket and we set it within a few minutes. I have not seen any pending rDNS requests, If yours are not set, please open a ticket and I will personally check it. In regards to the server’s configuration, has no connection with the rDNS, you can include in the ticket if there is any issue with it, and will check and help you out.
