        I beg to differ – it sounds like a language barrier issue. Why are the Chinese people so quick to call things a “scam” when something doesn’t work their way for one second?

        I have nothing to do with Alpharacks, but I am a customer of theirs for 1.5 years and counting, and to be frank, I’m quite happy with their service, especially for how cheap it is. You have to be willing to be fair, and to give honest opinion where its deserved.

        Felt so sad your post showed too late. I placed the order yesterday and found the service won’t be able to access from China. I asked the refund in few hours, they just said out of their control and denied my refund request. TOS on its website says ‘a 3 days money-back guarantee’, which is totally a lie!!

    Hello, I got a VPS server here in lowendbox thinking it would have no restrictions, and in the end they are wanting to suspend my server by using 100% CPU in some moments. I am looking to acquire a dedicated server, in this plan 2 x E5-2650 8GB will I have some problem of this type? because this server is Hybrid and shares with other servers, right?

    Support seems all here.
    All what work in my server – it is SSH access, but even impossible update sources, of course can not upgrade or install something.
    Weekend – not support.

    I’m not ask any special, just want use what I already buy.

    Alpharacks has honestly improved a lot over the years. They are a much more professional company now. The VPS I have actually performs alot better, and has better uptime than some of the more expensive providers I use.

    I for one am a very pleased AlphaRacks customer. I have a master reseller hosting with them as well as one KVM VPS and both work flawlessly. If anyone is having any issues or concern, I would really recommend you just open a support ticket and interact with their support staff. Every time I’ve had a question, they always responded to me in under 30 minutes.

    I have used them for quite a while now and things are good so far. However, the constant bombardment on my mailbox about once in a lifetime deal or greatest hardcore deal etc is so old after getting them for the 2000th time. I am back on lowendbox exactly to fix this – find a less spammy provider then block their mail address indefinitely.

    I have been using this service for several years. But face a problem and nobody wants to solve it.
    This is just a scam. For more than a month I can’t get my server. This is not small money. Support responds every few days. Do not read the content of tickets and just unsubscribe. When the server is unavailable from the Internet, they do ping in the local network, not realizing that the server is not accessible from the Internet.
    They consider customers as idiots and just mock for a long time.
    You may be lucky end get a working server or VPS, but you may not be lucky and then you will not get anything!
    I do not recommend! No refund, no support, no product.

    Last time i bought vps from them (couple months ago) the vps was SUPER slow… sometimes i couldnt connect to it at all. When i opened a support ticket they just kept on turning off processes on my vps, nodes were heavily oversold and saturated. Never again. Stay away from them
