Community provide Aquatis shared a nice offer for some cheap VPS systems in Los Angeles, Tampa, and Amsterdam.
- 2 cores, 8GB KVM, 1TB bandwidth – $4/month!
- 2 cores, 16GB. RAM, 2TB bandwidth – $8/month!

These are the month-to-month prices. If you prepay for 3, 6, or 12 months, you can get a further discount.
They offer a 99.8% SLA (see their SLA policy for details). Also, you can add more IPs, bandwidth, cores, or storage to dial in on your needs.
Theres more info in their LowEndTalk thread, including YABS and looking glass for the three datacenters.

What is a method of payment?
The offer is atractive, when the user sees all tech data.
“2 cores, 8GB KVM, 1TB bandwidth for $4/month” is obvoiusly insufficient for qualifing the service “VPS ” .
In 2023 there is “SSD” and the common requrement “TCP speed for VPS”, without words “shared”, without word “uplink” or similar.
Ideally, the user needs to know, whom he / she needs to pay.
