The discount doesn’t make sense. It is a total $1.5 one time only, no matter if you buy monthly, quarterly, annually.

Shark 1024OVZ worked for me, but their automatic setup seems to be broken and their 24/7 support seems to be asleep or partying hard :)

      • We need to vet certain orders. Your server was setup within several hours.

Bad experience – they owe me money. Ok, so it’s $10, but I sent 3 emails. I tried the service. Had a few support issues, performance was good, but only provided partial Frequency on cores. I canceled after a day or so. Got a refund. Then recharged me AFTER SERVICE WAS CANCELED AND CONFIRMED. Ignored 3 requests for a refund. share as ping time and price were great. now going to reverse charge.

What’s your ticket ID? WHMCS’ Paypal module sometimes does charge in that scenario.

        Please refund Immediately.

You have not responded to my 3 emails. wouldn’t it just be easier to refund the measly $10 that you are charging for a service that was canceled than ruin your reputation?

Signed up for a couple days now and this is one of the worst VPS experiences I’ve had to date. No reply to my ticket after 48 hours, awful latency and timeout issues, and I can’t even keep a development server with a single client (myself) connected.

Stay away, I would say. They appear to be majorly overselling.

    • Hi Danny,
I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with our service. Client abuse of KVM VPSes have been disrupting service on several nodes. Unfortunately, the cost of dealing with this abuse is too high for our service to remain profitable, and thus we are shutting down all KVM registrations effective immediately.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage prospective clients to check out our OVZ offerings.

Thank you for your continued support.

I actually do have a 1024MB OVZ, as advertised here, and that is what has been giving me consistently unusable performace. This has been to the point that I can hadly login via SSH due to the utter lack of bandwidth.

I have two open support tickets that have been orphaned. I received a short, four word reply on both “when is this happening?”, three days after I opened the tickets, and have yet to receive any follow-up or improvement two weeks later.

So I believe the issue is not limited to just your KVM nodes.

Armorshark discontinued KVM product. It was good till it lasted.

    Dear valued customers,
We have been running into certain roadblocks with our KVM VPS products in the past few months. Unfortunately, it is no longer profitable for us to run these services. As a result, we are shutting down all KVM VPSes on July 1st. Please backup and transfer your data before that time. For certain configurations, you may find it useful to transfer to our OVZ services. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your continued support.
For users who have paid for more than a month in advance, please send in a ticket to request a prorated refund.
