You can’t even access the webserver they host. why buy from a company that can’t maintain the website they sell the products that A) they shut down all the time without telling you why (they claim processor overload), B) they’re running outdated linux versions because crappy virtualization, C) they are a totally incompetent in providing a product that has maximum uptime, not offering a more stable solution to your problem, or trying to resolve a problem by creating a higher level of product that they can offer that would have much better quality service.

This company has no interest in creating a product you will use often, they just want your money now, service be dammed.

Hi , i want to find out:

    (1) Will you allow to deploy VPS (virtual-private-server) SERVICE-instance in any EU country/location (non-UK) DataCenters/Servers ? other than Los Angeles, Dallas, NY . ( other users may want to know, Will you allow to deploy in UK ? )

    (2) will you include/allow/provide a /64 IPv6 subnet resource for each VPS service-instance ? native IPv6 or tunneled IPv6 ? i prefer native IPv6.

    (3) can you set your (or your upstream-ISP) dns nameserver’s reverse-zone for the provided /64-subnet, and point toward the nameserver that will run inside 2 VPSes ?
Your VPS Service-instance, your VPS resources, etc remain with you in your own DataCenters/Servers, a remote user/client/customer with remote-access to VPS(virtual-private-servers) , cannot take-away or move-away with your services+resources to another VPS-provider , so its not a real delegation or a real sub-delegation, no real transfer occurred, no real delegation occurred . its merely attaching few services+resources into your own virtual-server service-instance inside your own DataCenters/Servers, for a remote user with a remote-access.

    (4) does your vps management control-panel allows to set PTR/rDNS record for provided IPv4 & IPv6 addresses ?
does your panel have API support ? if yes, then my server-script(s) can setup PTR/rDNS instantly from inside the VPS.

    (5) do you uphold Privacy-Rights ? do you follow user+data Privacy+Security+Protection laws ?

    (6) for any VPS related activty, do you send password over open email to your client/customer or to your staff/admin ? when an email is not Encrypted with GPG/PGP/SMIME (keys/certs) then it is OPEN email . when a storage is not encrypted then its open storage . email’s content can be viewed by others who are not actual receiver of the email . data passing thru HTTP is open, HTTPS is secure+encrypted . email-servers can use & do use non-encrypted transfer when encryption/TLS mode is not-enforced , and almost all email-servers do not enforce encrypted/TLS data-transfer.

    (7) each separate VPS will have separate full root access ? tun/tap/ppp support ? debian 9.9 or later support ? virtualizor access ?

    (8) all service+resources can be assigned into one VPS ?

Horrible service and does not allow allocation in Los Angeles as promised. I filed a complaint several times with them and failed to received a proper response or support from them. I finally filed a dispute with PayPal since they wouldn’t refund me my money after being unable to allocate VPS nodes in Los Angeles after a few days.

It’s crap. VPS does not work. “Tech Support” just recycles same response over and over again whenever a ticket is submitted. Do not buy!

If you plan to idle your vps then go for it, because anything else will surely trip the resource limits they use and they will shut down your VPS. I even run sysstat to check my usage and my services use 1-2% of single core and still it’s too much according to their outsourced “support”. Waste of time and money.

Worst service and support and not provided any VPS/Server (unable to launch myself) after successful payment. Not received and proper or satisfactory response after complaint several times. So, guys be careful from the trap to lose you money.

Had responsiveness issues from the get-go. VPS were unresponsive, website was unresponsive, often taking more than 10 minutes to give me a 404 page when viewing my services. They’d often reboot the hypervisor with no warning, then call the issue resolved.

Domain name no longer resolves, so I’m unable to cancel and request a refund.

    Probably exit scam

Commented on the last Bigfoot thread, I’ve been using the service since the beginning of February.
For the last couple of months, all of the VPSs in my pools go down, the BigFoot control panel is not responding, and this time, even the create a ticket link is down, so I can’t notify. This has been the norm for at least a solid month now, after the first big issue my VPS pool was “moved” to “a more stable node”, but the problems persists. When the pool is down, it has been hours to a full day before being brought back online.
Definitely not for production, and barely usable for dev. Really wanted this to work, the concept of a pool to do with as I see fit is nice. Execution is poor. Sadly I’ll have to move on.

  11. Help!! All of our servers are down on here, can’t even create a ticket to fix it. Anybody know how to get ahold of this company outside of tickets? We’re going to lose customers over this.
