Wow, this guys still alive.
Had a VPS with them, had to wait for a long time to get any reply to my tickets.
Hopefully they improved and now they reply to tickets and stop using canned responses.
I’m not sure if it’s typical response time now but I got two of the cloud metal 32GB plans (one from colocrossing one from chicagovps) and one of them only had half the disk space. I opened a ticket and asked for it to be fixed, the initial response was “It’s provisioned correctly’ but when I copy pasted the plan Id ordered specs into the ticket and said no it’s not about an hour later they fixed it and said check now. Wasn’t a huge deal for me as I noticed it right away and had nothing on the vm to begin with at that point but they did respond and fix the issue fairly quickly.
Ive been waiting a week for my billing to be sorted.

Things worked well for well over a year, for me. Then I gave them nearly a year to fix an inaccessible VPS (no ping or ports open). Even after calling it a loss on the contents, and having them reload, it was still inaccessible. Was never resolved, and no billing adjustments made despite my having logs and multiple requests. I should have disputed the charges after they refused a refund, but I decided they’d wasted enough of my time.
If you’re using them, then great… Just don’t store anything there that isn’t mirrored elsewhere. You may end up where I did, I had a bunch of changes I was working on and hadn’t committed yet.

Server in pending 24 hrs and they to not reply in tickets
Server has 40% cpu load after fresh install.
Billing panel died with server control died!
Gateway Timeout
The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.
Additionally, a 504 Gateway Timeout error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
They do not response to tickets
Bad hosting do not use this! You lost money and time!

I placed an order for an instant server (according to their website) 12 hours ago. I paid the invoice within minutes of being issued. Its registered as paid in the client portal. The VPS is still pending. So far, I am not impressed. No response from support at this time either. Why do I see me having to put in a paypal dispute soon?
Update. They responded to the ticket and provisioned to machine. So far so good. It is reasonably fast, no hiccups as of yet. No dropped connections as of yet. Download speeds were impressive during OS update and base software install.
