I NEED WINDOWS VPS AND PLESK PANEL AND PLESK SUPOORT CAN YOU PROVIDE
I clicked the test links and uhhhh, they’re not good advertisements at all.
– 1st: cannot connect to host
– 2nd: the advertiser couldnt be bothered to test the address and it’s missing the vps in the domain name, therefore clicking it sends to some random landing page.
– 3rd: average download speeds are 500KB/s from my work location, which has 100MB/s capacity
– 4th: cannot connect to host
– 5th: the only server that works and has good transfer speeds
What does unmetered bandwith actually mean? What is the minimum bandwith per month to be expected?
I signed up for a 8GB KVM VPS in Dallas.
While it has a fast download speed (900Mbps) the upload speed is consistently only giving less than 1Mbps — tested with multiple speedtest sites, so a RDP connection to it is sluggish due to the lack of upload bandwidth.
I’ve contacted support multiple times and they were prompt to reply that they have “increased your server network speed”, but despite this assurance, it still consistently only seems go get around 0.6Mbps.
I’ve asked for a refund if they can’t fix it, still waiting a response regarding that request.
Did anyone else buy one of these? If so what was your experience?
Their tech support was so-so, in that they responded to tech issues, but never checked to see if their “fix” actually fixed the problem (which it never did).
Long story short, after numerous “increases to the network speed” as re-creating a new VPS on a different server all still ended up resulting in between 0.6Mbps – 0.4Mbps upload speeds, making it pretty much impossible to use.
Within their 72 hour period I requested a refund as per their terms and conditions, and was told my tech ticked would be transferred to their billing team to process.
Now that it’s with the billing team, no response despite follow up over the last 3 days.
A quick google search for their website along with the word “slow” brings up a bunch of people with similar issues and who couldn’t get them to do a refund.
Did anyone here have a good experience with them, i’d be keen to know.
I’d suggest they be taken off your “Best Windows Service” award list, they appear to advertise a product they don’t deliver on, and stop responding when you request a refund within the terms of their terms and conditions (I made the request less than 72 hours after signing up as per the terms).
Just an update, they have finally provided a refund.
Competitive prices even without promotion, I will certainly buy my windows server.
another company that uses bitpay for btc payments, rendering the entire site useless and unusable, encase you did not know bitpay has been unusable for years now, completely unusable can not even send from normal BTC wallet to normal BTC address.
will buy one
Their server goes down every week since I purchased this on Black Friday…I am sick of it.
Support is responsive but can’t explain why the 8GB ram server keeps having problems.
