Any ddos protection included in NL plans?
Hello, thanks for your interest.We do not offer DDOS protection on our Netherlands, but you can setup Firewall by CSF to block your DDOS flooding attacks.

This was my experience with ConstantVPS:
1. HDD Disk Space in Windows VPS only 9.89 GB. this is not in accordance with my order. I should have got 70GB.
2. My internet connection in Windows VPS problem and I could not access the internet . even to download google chrome could not. If you do not believe please check itself.
3. Already many days I did not get anything after my order. I was not able to work . I just got dizzy at the thought that Windows VPS can be used .
4. I have several times sent a ticket but no answer . Team support you as lazy , do not provide good service to customers.
5. This will be my bad experience during the order VPS in ConstantVPS . and it turns out its service is very bad . Do not blame me if I would write a bad review on Lowendbox .
I hope you understand and can understand if you as a customer . unless you just think of the money customers only. provide the best for your customers . the customer like a king .

They say “high performance” on the website so am guessing they are using E3 rather than slower less powerful E5’s
Hello we are running different cpu architecture on our servers.
All of our dedicated servers are powerful, you will get full speed of cpu and network speed.
At the moment our Netherlands runs 2x 5520 | 8 Physical 16 with HT . That is faster because we have RAID10 also, and 10 GBPS

The location for both the Linux and Windows plan says France, not Canada. The test IP address however is from OVH Canada. Also, is it possible to load Windows Server 2012 R2 with my own license?

Why advertise a location ( Canada ) and at the time of this post not be able to offer the said location?

Yes, its possible to run SeedBox, but if we get some complaints that dataceter requires to take action, we will forward to you.
We do not have any limitation
When ordering KVM VPS you are receiving dedicated resources and not sharing to other.Only sharing is 1 GBPS shared for fair policy, also CPU, if you order vps with more cores you have high priority and your vps will be more responsive.
You can run gameservers also.

So using as a seedbox only with a private tracker is allowed?
For example downloading movies and TV series which sizes are from 1GB to 10GB?

While I never made it to the hosting portion of their service, I was very dissatisfied while attempting to sign up. First, when I received my registration confirmation, my password was sent in plain text. Who doesn’t use encryption these days? Then when it came time to pay for my hosting plan, my transaction was flagged for “fraud”, so I filed a support ticket and uploaded a copy of my driver’s license (The total cost was only $30) at which time they replied that “We do not accept at the moment credit cards, do you have PayPal? :)”
