I’ve been using them for around 1 year, but I can’t recommend them to anyone. Initially things were fine, the setup was done and afterwards I’m usually not in need of any support.
Some timeouts here and there but ok, their upstream provider Serverius might be the cause. Still what’s unacceptable is if the VPS isn’t accessible anymore for more then 1 day and there’s no information at all – I found out myself that Serverius was doing a core switch replacement so when running your primary host at the same network as the VPS’ – sure one is unable to inform the customers. Of course there hasn’t been any information at all before and afterwards and upon my request what was wrong “technical problems” was the reply.
Some weeks ago the IO went down – not just by a feeling, also my monitoring graph felt way below acceptable levels. Again a question and again “I rebooted and it works again” was the reply.

Now one can’t except a professional enterprise grade support and I’m not doing, though the general feeling is like it’s an entire one-man show who can setup some management panel, get things running more or less and the technical insight is missing, not caring or it’s something else.

The final point that was too much was a recent change of the entire IPv4 range to another network. So far no problem, but informing your customers 12 hours before the change is done is far too much.

So in my opinion, check somewhere else if you want some reliability – not network related because if things are running (if) then there’re no problems at all – more related to clear statements if there’re problems, some info’s about upcoming changes that might affect the availability of your VPS and expect a bit more then “technical problems” when the entire VPS, including their own website, is down an entire weekend and you’ve to find out yourself what’s going on.
