They probably just get ip’s from them to save costs..
Per daimonb, ” that the node to which the xen plans are on is colocated with quality servers.”
So far I’m pleased.
Ordered and was setup within minutes, speed seems great and will do just nicely for use as a test/dev box.
Not contacted support yet, though I really don’t expect support included for such a cheap price.

Just picked one of these up to replace a Quality Servers Eliminator (also from here) which seems to have had a total and permanent node failure. Moved the backups across and happy so far.
