    Hi,
I am currently using one service listed on LEB but they moved their servers from US to UK and now I don’t see much content on netflix.

Are you blocked on netflix? Will you honestly recommend it for Netflix ?

    June 28, 2017 @ 10:23 pm | Reply
    • You are probably confusing us with someone else, we have never moved to UK nor have we ever had any UK servers to begin with.

Their welcome email includes a plain-text copy of your password. Good chance they’re storing it plain text also. That alone is enough to request a refund.

    June 29, 2017 @ 11:57 am | Reply
    • Tyler, no it does not. It even says:

For security reasons, we do not transmit any information such as usernames and passwords via email. None of our staff will ever ask you for any login credentials via email, only via helpdesk ticket.

      June 29, 2017 @ 12:59 pm | Reply
      • Dennis:

Well yes they do, when you sign up, you get an email with your username and password.

        June 29, 2017 @ 1:15 pm | Reply
        • I see what you are saying, yes your login for your billing area is transmitted in the first email you receive.

“For security reasons, we do not transmit any information such as usernames and passwords via email”

    • ThaBluePanda:

It is very unlikely they are storing the password in plain text. The initial email is an exception because it gets sent during the account creation process before the password is hashed.

But yes, I do agree, these are not good signs. Not enough to ask for a refund though imo

Could you fix up the rng devices? Entropy on the servers created are very low (below 200)you may want to run rngd etc in the host node.

          5. Refund and Disputes: All payments to Servercheap are nonrefundable. This includes the one time setup fee and subsequent charges regardless of usage. All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the time the dispute occurred. If you dispute a charge to your credit card issuer or payment supplier that, in Servercheap’s sole discretion is a valid charge under the provisions of the TOS and /or AUP, you agree to pay Servercheap an “Administrative Fee” of $25, and all active services will be terminated.
