i ran this cmmand for installing the Hyper-V role:
Install-WindowsFeature -Name Hyper-V -IncludeManagementTools -Restart

then i ran this command to enable WHPX
Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName HypervisorPlatform -All -NoRestart
