Albert from Fiberhead notified me about their low end Linux VPS plans based in Hetzner in Germany. Their “Basic” VPS plan is €4.99/month (~USD$6.77) and you can sign up with this link.

- 1x IPv4 + 1x IPv6
- Xen
Payment in either PayPal or Moneybookers. Although Albert is based in Germany, somehow VAT is not included. They are using either i7-920 or AMD64 X2 boxes with RAID1 drives. Their terms and conditions is available only in Germany…
