At the moment average time is 15 minutes, however depends on the requests within the support ticket.
Our SLA is 2 hours best effort for support tickets though, as a mans got to sleep now and then lol.

How has powerful box been running for 5 years if the domain was only registered on the 22 November 2019? I tried to look on company’s house as well but I can’t find any info on there. My data is critical so I like to know who I’m hosting with before I go ahead with anything.

Is Lowend VPS 1 suitable for running fast wordpress on?
Started VPS 2 on Sunday 7th June 2020 and by Monday the 8th they had suffered catastrophic NVME storage failure on my node. Everyone on that node lost there data.
They now include full backup ability, but 99.9% uptime no.
Speed is excellent, virtualizor vps manager is clunky and dangerous.
Price is good, not sure on support as open tickets unresolved.
Highly recommended as long as you can keep backups local yourself and operations are not critical
