Racknerd is amazing, I have one VM with them for personal use, and with my friend, we run a saas service with 7+ instances on them. All of them needless to say have rock solid reliability and the one time we hit a hiccup due to a noisy neighbor, the issue was root caused within 2 hours and resolved.
In terms of IO and network quality, their LA data center is great. CPU cores are a bit dated, but they are rolling out new Ryzen systems with much much higher single core performance.

NOT a paid endorser! – BUT, after many years with VPS sellers I have to admit:
1) small delay due to PayPal funding – paid with Visa, solved
2) IMMEDIATE provisioning
3) VPS is responsive and up to spec… GREAT (pings at < 30ms
4) small ticket for rDNS marked as "LOW" was handled within minutes…
