  3. Bit odd that they have their main corporate site ‘hostmist.com’ on the same server as some of their clients?

    • This might be a stupid answer, but could it be that it’s some sort of a “failover hosting” just in case the main node where they’re hosted gets any problem?

  5. Yes our main site is hosted on the shared / reseller server. It takes about less than 5 minutes to move it around (or anything using the DNS cluster).

    • Does that mean your cusomter data is stored on this machine as well (as is the case with most standard CPanel setups)?

Guys, your client section is not working. And – what is much more important – you can NOT send support ticket because of that!

  7. I’m aware of the issue and already am working on it. Just happens to be a DOS attack and if you need support, you’ll use any of the alternatives (e-mail, MSN, Twitter, Skype) while this is being restored.

    Everything else is up.

    • It should be back online again. For now, use the non SSL version until I can move it to a more permanent location with the SSL certificate re-issued.

    • The helpdesk was restored back to normal, the SSL version should work once again.
