Just to clarify the previous comment, the Windows Starter and the Linux Tiny (the one LEB discusses here) are listed as being out of stock.
As a side note, poking around within their Shopping Cart, there’s no link back to their site. I know that sounds silly but having the link shows they’ve taken the time to look at their complete site. To use your example, there’s no toll free number within their shopping cart. I would have missed that if you hadn;t mentioned it.
Also I have to admit seeing something labeled “Whmcs and Xen Support Case” concerns me. I’m assuming that’s for the setup of WHMCS although there’s nothing within the cart that spells that out.

We just recently updated the website to post a customer service number during checkout. It’s in the upper right side of the window.
As for the whmcs and Xen support case… That’s for our module that we sell to allow control of a Xen vps server though WHMCS. We have updated the information about the listing to reflect this.
