From China Telecom, Ping is pretty good around 38ms but the download speed is slow. There’s only 100KB/s from a 100m China Telecom line.
Another download test, speed increases to 3MB/s. And the third test, speed drop to 500KB/s. Not stable.

Hi, I got a strange error when paying, the Maxmind system says my address is not in record etc, what a strange error…. and I live in Taiwan, my address is 100% correct. The order number is 7119447794 and I’m unable to pay it.

Very bad services. They’re asking for ID proof and proof of address, like paypal and other bank does. Thats ridiculous. I do not recommend this provider to anyone.
