No IRC scripts, bots or shells. No adult material either it appears but they allow it on their shared hosting.
They have a 14 day money back guarantee but that’s not included on the VPSes.
They disallow any third party from viewing your billing information which is a plus but it doesn’t take into account the billing processor. That’s kind of interesting. Wonder if it’s an oversight.
No shells on a VPS? That sounds like shared hosting TOS.
Not ‘no shells’, but rather ‘no IRC shells’.
From the TOS:
“No IRC, IRC bots, gameservers, or IRC shells allowed. We do not allow minecraft and runescape including bots to be ran on our normal vps accounts unless otherwise stated.”
Oh ignore that then, I was just reading DrMikes comment.
Source Gameservers have a very low CPU and memory footprint, as their coded in C++
*sniff* Someone actually reads my comments. *sniff*
What does the administrator’s age have to do with anything? What if a company’s owner is 70 years old, Low End Admin? How old are the owners of BuyVM, Ramhost, and QuickWeb?
Fran is quite young I think 20s , well he looks it.
26 for what it’s worth :)
27 in October though!
Francisco
Age has a lot to do with it when the “owners” and “admin” are under the required age to legally enter a contract and/or run a business.
Although if you really think about it, I’ve yet to see a single person sue a provider here. Most of us just bitch in a comment and then move on elsewhere.
Indeed with servers at $7/month a pop, not many people are going to bother getting into court.
There is supposedly some correlation between age and sense of responsibility. However there are always some oddity to disapprove that hypothesis.
I think I am just sick of listing Hudson Valley Host’s offers on each and every US holidays. Here’s their latest offer (for Halloween):
* Coupon Code: halloween1155 — 55% off all unmanaged VPS plans in NYC
* Coupon Code: halloween1125 — 25% off all budget unmanaged plans in Scranton, PA
I leave a leave a response whenever I especially enjoy a post

Is it only me or does it look like like a few of these responses look like written by brain dead individuals?
:-P And, if you are posting on additional social sites, I’d
like to follow you. Would you make a list every one of all your communal pages like your linkedin profile, Facebook page
