Does this means they ignore DMCA as well, just out of curiousity…
Though I don’t have anything to do with warez or so…

Weir but Estonia is in EU so term ‘offshore’ in scope of ignoring various law agreements probably does not apply there

Seems they Torqhost resellers, IP subnet used the same. But Torqhost prices much lower than these ones.

No idea, but competition in a location that is pretty damn nice is welcome.

19,99 setup fee, and they are using WHMCS and SolusVM so setup would be instant in most cases, just for that reason I’m going to give this offer a miss.

Too pricey – For 5.99, it should be
    100GB//4GB-Ram//4GB-Vswap//4Core-Fairshare//2TB@1GBit//SSD-Caching
with a free domain (lifetime), PPP/TUN/TAP, 24/7 priority phone support.

    Hello,

Made an order, paid around 160 euro and i must say the sales support was quick in answering mails BUT after payment i didn’t hear anything anymore, not even after sending some mails again.

After this i decided to check online for reviews and scam reports and this is what i found:

    And many more (just google).

After finding this information i decided to ask for a refund since i need a real company with own servers and good support. Up untill now i still haven’t received any VPS or whatsoever.

My advice to anyone, goto edis.at and avoid this one.

NOTE: If i get any response from Milan i will update this post

    UPDATE:

Just been on Live Chat with this Milan guy and he told me all payments are final.

After i told him the 4 days of setup time have past long ago he said he had proof that the VPSes had already been setup (reason why he cant refund me) but at the same time he cant give me any info.

Also Milan threatened me that if i posted any “wrongful” review that he had the right to suspend my VPSs.
Well Mr. Milan, you can have them.

His exact words copied from Live Chat:

“Please note that if we notice any wrong and untruthful reviews we have the right to suspend the Services asap as the review comes to be to the true facts”

    and…

“i dont know, if this is your decision that we make your order as fraudlend as the result of extort us.”

then he threatened me to add me to a central webhosting company blacklist:

“Please note also that a lot of Webhostingcompanys works with an international fraud system, so if we mark the order as fraudlend, it is possible that on other Hosting Companys your Order should be declined.”

For me i have been scammed for 185 euro. For you i strongly advice to look for another host.

NOTE: I have the whole live chat log saved as HTML for anyone looking for proof.

UPDATE: i received this mail from Mr. Dragan Slatjovic:

we are unhappy to see your discuss with our Sales Chat and also your try to extort us. We noticed your Rippoffreport and replied it.

We can proceed an outbound refund, to proceed this we need:

    – confirmed identity card copy
    – adress proof (can be a utility bill, must match the Initial Adress in the client area)

After we received the Documents we send you a letter where you can choose the way of refund: Bitcoin or Bankwire.

The Letter must be signed from you and can be send back with Email to us. You should also must agree that you close als open public complaints on every Website you have placed or update them to solved.

After we had received them we, proceed the outbound refund within 14 Days.

I replied that they didn’t need my ID for payment so they don’t need it for my refund.
Since this company has given me an idea of a criminal org. i’m not ever going to send in a copy of my ID.

    Will keep you guys updated.

    UPDATE: 20-06

Dragan Slatjovic keeps pushing me to send my ID + utility bill.
I refused. Told him that because of identify theft reasons i wont.

Also i got a mailing from them which slightly confirms my suspicions of them being/turning scammers:

We from Internoc24 LLC have tested this with ten of our loyal Customers in the last 2 Years:
We offered them a BTC Investment from 1 BTC up to 10 BTC. The average Investment was 5,7 BTC which was at the beginning of the Investment from our Customer an amount of ~ 1200 Euro. Now to the End of Investment the average of 5,7 BTC has an value of ~2900. Thats only the raise up of the BTC Exchange Rates! The ROI comes additional on this and was fix for out Testing Period to 25%. So by an average Investment of 5,7 BTC, 1,42 BTC was the additional ROI = 7,12 BTC. 7,12 BTC was at the beginning of the Investment an amount of ~ 1500 Euro and to the end of the period an amount of ~3600 Euro.

Now we can offering a new Option, to make an Investment with Bitcoin to us. Starting from 1 BTC up to 150 BTC.

Investment period starting from 1 Year and is up to 5 Years.

If you are interested to make an Investment, send us your request to:

    Investment@internoc24.com

I think this should be enough for everyone to realize something is not right here.

That’s ironic that Internoc24 would demand ID to issue a refund because Dragon/Internoc24 tried to buy a dedicated server from another provider last year and the provider asked Dragan to provide ID because Dragan used a VPN when he placed his order and none of the address information he gave could be verified and Internoc24 tried to pay with an unverified PayPal account. Not only did Dragon/Internoc24 refuse to provide the other provider with ID but he opened up a thread on Web Hosting Talk bashing the other provider (CloudFlare is refusing links to WHT, so search WHT for a thread called “Delimiter(VPS) refused me service” that was started by Dragon/Internoc24 last July.

These are the reasons that the other provider refused Dragon/Internoc24 service and asked him to provide ID (“you” and “your”) refers to Internoc24)

    1. You signed up with fake information on a VPN : Company internal VPN! Information are not faked, send a letter, you see, we should receive them! (Dont try again to lie!)
    2. You signed up again with unvalidatable information (No! All Information can be validated! YOu must only do your work!)
    3. Your Paypal address is ‘unconfirmed’ (not US confirmed, yes, thats right, the Paypal ID is verified by Paypal Europe! You know the difference? (I think no)
    4. There is no person or company of that name living at the address you provided (Oh, have you send a letter there or driver there? I think no!)
    5. You have a Delaware company as you openly state which has EIN assigned to it, how can that company be trading? (That the Secret of Delaware Companys instead of LTD. YOu have an LTD without Imprint and VAT ID on your Website! (Scam altert)
    6. You advertise an address in London, which is one minute from where I am sitting. But there is no Internoc24 there and the phone number is in Switzerland. (Great, send a letter, we publish this than)
    7. You advertise an address in Miami where there is no listing again for your business which a phone number in Southampton, NY listed in private person’s name. (same as above)

Thank you for the extra information. I think admins should have enough evidence already to stop this guy from advertising here? If not, i still got everything saved including mails, chat transcripts and some screenshots.

  15. We have explained this “Customer” the Situation enough. It is a big difference between asking a customer for additional ID Proofs to proceed an order or request KYC Identification for outgoing payments. (Refunds and similar).

We had offered him two possible Options, thats enough to find a solution for both sides. He dont accept ANY solution. He only spam now over the world, how bad is Internoc24 LLC.

The good news: One of over 1000 Customers. Not needed, sure but we can accept this. The other > 999 Customers are happy with us :-)

Edit: Now he is spamming WHT Threads. Every people can read the rules (also our Terms). He dont read our Term..and also dont read the WHT Rules. That says enough about his Spam.
