They’re a Estonian/German company that has service in seven different datacenters around the world: Amsterdam, Frankvurt, Düsseldorf, Tallinn (Estonia), Seattle, New York, and Hong Kong.  Plus there’s a 20% off couple for LEB readers!

Their WHOIS is public. They are registered in Estonia (xTom OÜ, VAT ID EE102118926) and Germany (xTom GmbH, VAT ID DE815833022). Their Terms of Service is available on their web site (AUP).. They accept Paypal, Credit Cards via Stripe, SEPA and Bank Transfer. For some countries, they support specific local payment methods like Alipay, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, iDEAL, Multibanco, Sofort and Przelewy24..
