KnownSRV LTD were founded in 2010 and have been providing businesses around the world with “reliable, professional-class network environments to host websites, email, business applications, and other rich content.” According to their website, virtual servers will be provisioned on a Supermicro server with an Intel E3-1230 CPU and 4x SAS 15k RPM drives in hardware RAID10. This is the first time that KnownSRV have been featured on LowEndBox, so I hope I speak for all of you when I urge anyone who has had a service with them to share their experience with KnownSRV below.

Whilst their network supports native IPv6, they are currently waiting to be allocated their own IPv6 space and expect to have it up and running within a month. KnownSRV accept payments via PayPal, Skrill (Moneybookers), PayZa (AlertPay), LibertyReserve, WebMoney, 2CheckOut (credit/debit cards), Westarn Union (on request) and bank transfer (on request). They also have a 7 day money back guarantee, providing your reason is valid and justified. IRC, VPN and adult is allowed but TOR exit nodes are not allowed. As always, be sure to check their Terms of Service before signing up.

Network Information:

Servers are located at the EvoSwitch datacenter in The Netherlands. They use LeaseWeb’s network but they own their own IPv4 space. Their network is built from redundant Cisco routers and Juniper switches which allows them to “guarantee a 99.9% uptime”.

  1. Kruno is a great guy , I had a great conversation with him back in March when I and Him had issues with Serverius DC in the Netherlands.

  2. LowEndCriticus:

Huh? Why is this offer in the spotlight at LEB?
The WHOIS info of the domain of the company is anonymized and their website is hosted at Secure Dragon. The most ironically is that their WHOIS info is easily looked up via the test IP But why would you spend money on an anonymizing service for your domain then?

    • As per rules “Providers under 12 months old need to display valid public WHOIS information on their domain.” – they were founded in 2010.

Chicagovps and other hosts also do it: http://bgp.he.net/dns/chicagovps.net#_whois

    • Well they had issues with DDoS of which was the reason I and Him got told to leave Serverius so I guess he got a filtered IP with a proxy or something at Secure Dragon?

  3. Hi,

I hope you all are having great holidays. Many thanks for posting our offer Liam :)

Our main site is behind SecureDragon’s and BuyVM’s filtered IPs due to DDoS issues we had in the past. Domain name was registered to my personal address back in 2010, hence hidden whois details. We aren’t hiding anything though, all our details are visible on our RIPEs.

Nice to see you again, Jack. Hope you are doing fine :)

    Thanks
    Kind Regards
    Kruno

  4. This server uses a second year. Before this change was ten servers. Definitely this server is the best, fastest, most stable and the best support to date. What’s more, these people are honest and do not address the fraud as many others. I recommend everyone go forward and you can view the site and convince yourself.
